Bought the SCREAM duo signed poster.. you then cancelled the multicoloured singing, sent me an email stating I had to verify if I wanted it. I told them, I want my money back.. they didn’t care & sent the item anyway.
Horrible.. & I even had to complain, for the 50 they OVER CHARGED ME.

Got my first vinyl delivered bent. It was number 4 on out of the 300. After some time and many emails I got a replacement number 123 out of 300. Speaking to customer service was easy and they were kind and handled all my questions with grace. Lamb of God Sacrament red ink

Stick with this one, awesome place
The orders arrive quickly and pre orders at times will be there sooner than you thought.Great packaging of the cds and albums. Plan on getting more. I don't know of any other store like this one but if 10 more come along, I'm gonna stick with this one. Very satisfied

Late: But Not Great Enough
I ordered "Purple State" by Dana Perino about a month before Mother's Day for my wife, and didn't receive it until 3 weeks after Mother's Day. I was very disappointed! So much so, that I won't order Dolph Lundgren's book, even though he's one of my favorite celebrities.

Great product, delay before shipping and poor communication.
I am very happy with the product once we finally received it. I was disappointed with the delay in shipping the product and especially with the lack of communication regarding the delay.
We placed a pre-order for a book scheduled to be released on April 21st, understanding it would potentially take 1-3 weeks to receive the book after the release date.
Two weeks after the release date, having not received a shipping notification, I emailed customer service (never got a reply). A week after that, I did an online chat and was told that they were still waiting for the "second half of the signed plates", that should arrive to them "soon", but with no definite date.
One month after the release date, we received a generic email saying they're "still preparing" our order. At this point, I was trying to decide if the company was a scam and if I should dispute the credit card charge within the 60-day window.
Finally, 5-1/2 weeks after the release date, we received shipping notification, and the book arrived a week after that.
Again, very happy with the product, but they need to improve their communication.

Awesome transaction. FULLY legit. Received my signed albums within a 2 to 3 week window upon ordering. To note, I signed up for 2 separate pre-sales which determined that longer timeframe. To note, informative updates of that signing process are provided. Once the signings took place, the items were shipped immediately. Very satisfied! All signed items are provided with authentication certifications.

Expected date of delivery needs to be clearer
I would have liked more communication about when the signed item would be delivered. I assumed I would receive it shortly after the book's release date, but it came over a month later and much after the occasion I was gifting it.
