Charged twice refused to take return

I placed an order through Amazon. It told me the order and payment had not gone through so I ordered again. Both orders went through and so did both payments. I tried to return one of the orders but they refused my return.

Deserve 0 Stars. Sent the wrong item
I bought a £20 mug as a small thank you gift, sent directly through Amazon to my friend who is blind and lives alone. He also lives 10 miles to the nearest post office.
After explaining this to them they insisted the item be returned. I would the receive a refund and would need to reorder the item again.
What an awful company. Their mistake and they didn’t do the right thing. Looking at the other reviews this is one to AVOID!!!

If I could give Zero stars

If I could give Zero stars, I would. I ordered an outdoor patio storage unit. They took my money. I got an email saying it was undeliverable & indicated they left a contact slip in mailbox. There WASN'T a contact slip. I emailed the company numerous times regarding this. I ordered in May 2024. It's now September 13, 2024. No refund, no delivery, no explanation, no resolution. Do NOT purchase from this company.

Ordered some swan filters through Amazon and only half a box turned up, I tried to message via Amazon but no reply so far (8 days ago). If I could give zero star I would. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

Never deal with them . Dispute charges with CC.

I ordered on 6/4/24 as of today 8/23/24 never receivied the item. It takes a week to ship take 1 week to clear customs. take a week to get itout of customs.

Then your item was damaged .
I ask them to send replacement .
Talk to the four walls.
I feel there a fraud company.
After purchase I had charges for orders I never purchased. I think this company did the charges on a diffrent name. My credit card pick up these purchases and did not charges me they put a hold on my CC. They closed account & sent neew card.

My package was "lost"

My package was "lost" and they won't send a replacement, instead I'm getting a refund.
Purchase made June 6, 2024, lost the beginning of July.
Multiple emails trying to explain how a refund works (like I don't know?) that isn't the way things work here.
Still waiting on refund after a month, will have to reverse changes on my credit card.
The item still shows as available in their store.
I wouldn't purchase again, all of it seems like a scam.

Scathing Review for Life Premium Store
Title: A Nightmare Shopping Experience - Avoid This Store at All Costs!

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Life Premium Store has been so horrendous that I feel compelled to warn others. I ordered a Beautiful 3 Qt Air Fryer with TurboCrisp Technology on June 13, 2024—a product I was excited to receive. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned to frustration as I encountered what can only be described as a logistical nightmare and abysmal customer service.

Timeline of Disappointment:

Initial Delay: Despite placing my order on June 13, I received no shipping confirmation or update until I reached out to customer support on June 17. I was finally provided a tracking number on June 18, with the vague explanation that the package was "in transit."

Continual Excuses: From June 18 onward, every inquiry I made was met with the same unhelpful responses: "the package is delayed due to customs," "it's in transit," or "please wait a few more days." These were nothing but stalling tactics. I was left with minimal tracking information and absolutely no clarity on when I would receive my order.

Lack of Communication: My repeated attempts to get a straightforward answer were ignored. On July 22, after weeks of back-and-forth emails, I was told that my package had arrived at a local warehouse for sorting. Yet, days passed, and still no air fryer.

Unacceptable Resolution: It wasn't until August 7—nearly two months later—that I finally received my refund. But let’s be clear: the stress, wasted time, and lack of transparency were utterly unacceptable.

Verdict:
Life Premium Store is, quite frankly, the worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered. The complete lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this retailer. They clearly have no intention of delivering on their promises or treating customers with respect.

I will be sharing this experience across the Better Business Bureau, and Google Reviews to ensure others do not fall victim to this horrendous service. Buyer beware!

DO NOT order anything from them

DO NOT order anything from them. It is a total scam. I ordered something 3 months ago and still have not received it. I tracked the order and it said it has been waiting to be delivered for weeks now. I've emailed and have received no response.

Questionable company

I ordered a toaster from this company. Shortly after I received an alert for an international transaction posted to my account. Not knowing it was a foreign company I called the Maryland phone provided only to find out it was not it service.
Then I sent an email requesting information on where the merchandise was coming from. No response.
I then sent an email cancelling the order. No Response.
The next day I requested confirmation of the cancellation. No response.
Two days later I receive a shipping notice, with a tracking number that would not open, and an unknown carrier.
It's been three weeks since I placed the order and have not received the item. I have disputed the charge on my credit card

GAVE FALSE DELIVERY DATE TO GET RID OF EASTER STOCK.

I bought two M & S Easter Eggs from this company via Amazon as my local M & S only had them in stock once.
I paid more than double the retail price and delivery was stated as being 29/03. I assumed they would be sent out on time with Amazon.

Instead on the 28th they had not even been posted. A RM48 tracking number was given. RM48 is another name for 2nd class and the service has a minimum delivery time of 5 working days excluding weekend and holidays. The result of that is the Eggs are unlikely to be delivered before the 7th of March.

Clearly seller was using the high demand for M & S products to get rid of stock so gave a delivery time they were never intending to meet or they would have used Amazon Delivery.

Will never order from again.Terrible Company that you should avoid.

Crap Customer service

Bought a 15meter extension lead from this company 23/9/23 & it was Delivered 28/9/23 via courier.
I wish I could give no stars because they take your money and don't offer support whatsoever if you've a problem.

Item bought via Ebay and it worked fine until last week contacted the seller about it asking for a replacement 15mtr 4way extension lead.
Response it's outside the money back guarantee window.
Not asking for money back I would like replacement as this item is faulty.
Not our problem your not getting refund.
But all items in the UK 🇬🇧 come with 12 months manufacture warranty so I'd like a replacement please.
Replied we don't do warranty and then blocked me on ebay so I could not communicate with them.
Had to contact the extension lead manufacture in the UK who asked for photos and video of the issues and they said all our stockists know we have a years warranty on all our products and couldn't understand why this company wouldn't send me a replacement and then claim it back from them.
Save your money and do not buy anything from this Crap Company as they will not help you out at all if you've got any problems.

RIP OFF COMPANY.

RIP OFF COMPANY.

I ordered 240 Pyramid T bags and they sent ordinary which were half as much as I paid. Complained and they said return for a refund. Not the point, I wanted them to send what I had paid for. Several emails later and they still will not send what they promised so I think they just dont have them and hope people dont complain. SEE OTHER POOR REVIEWS AND DO NOT USE SCAM COMPANIES.

Would give zero stars if I could!!

Would give zero stars if I could!!! Ordered an LFC rucksack through amazon mid September and gave it as a gift on 5th October so it is just over 6 weeks old and the stitching has come away and it has a big hole in it. Contacted the company who won’t refund or replace this! Absolutely shocking!!!!
