Amazing people, they really look after your little ones and keep you updated during the trip. They just moved our two dogs from Spain to UK without any issues, and they were happy all the time. Can recommend 100% if you have to move your pets!

Very attentive staff, extremely professional, took care of the whole process that I did with my dog from Brazil to Spain. He did a process of excellence and love with my little dog before her departure from Brazil until after her arrival at my house.

The team at Premier Pets was great. Lucy was my main point of contact and she was great. They were very responsive and took the time to get to know me and my cats. They were very efficient at booking everything, dealing with the paperwork and in updating me on my pets' journey. I would highly recommend them.

No stress experience! This was my first time using a pet shipper to fly our dog from Spain to Florida. Premier pet took the time and went the extra mile when I had questions. Stuart at Premier Pets understands that pets are family! They are very dear and also vulnerable. My two cats traveled from Rota Naval Station Spain to Nashville, Tennessee and I picked them up at a warehouse at the airport and drove to Fort Knox, Kentucky with them. It is stressful to hand your pet to someone to travel. Stuart gave my two cats excellent care for a week at his cattery while they waited for travel to begin. He communicated with photos and videos so that I could see the experiences my pets were having during the move. He communicated to me their travel itinerary and continued close communication to be sure my two cats were delivered safe and sound and were with me. The arrangements involved were flawless, I think. I was impressed with how secure the crates were. The crates were taped with double mesh on the front and secure locking mechanisms. The cats were safe and healthy on arrival. I would not trust my cats to anyone but Premier Pets! They are very good.

I appreciate it very much. There was a lack of procedures. Even so, they responded immediately. I was able to leave it to you with peace of mind. Thank you.

Premier pet travel moved our beagle from Spain to Wales for us. They were amazing throughout letting us know exactly what was required pre travel. Once the travel started they shared amazing updates of Willow and took some amazing photos of her. I couldn't recommend them enough they were that good

Premier Pet Travel kept us up to date on the status of our pets as they were traveling and waiting to clear at the airport. Once they were cleared, they delivered them to us where we were staying. Both our dog and cat were very happy to be reunited with us. Thank you for taking great care of them and insuring that they were delivered to us safe and sound.

If I could give more stars I would! They went way above and beyond in taking care of my pup, making sure I had all the correct documents and ensuring they were filled out correctly. At the end, I my pup was extremely happy and arrived safely at his destination! Highly recommend this company to anyone!

PPT took care of all the necessary details (Vets, Flights, Customs, Quarantine and paper work) for sending our two furry love ones to Australia from Spain. They sent us updates with photos and videos of our pets while in their care. Both arrived to us safe and sound, in good condition and would recommend PPT to anyone looking to send their pet overseas.

Premier Pet Travel recently moved my three rather old cats (16,14, and 10 y/o) from Málaga to North Wales. I had been holding off on moving them worried that they may not make the journey. After two years of consideration I finally decided to bite the bullet, and I’m so happy I did. Premier Pet made everything so simple, I dropped them off in Alhaurin the day before their departure, they had their medical examinations done with their vet, and after two and a half days of travel I finally had my babies with me in our new home🏡 They were so great and efficient, kept me updated with pictures along the way, and somehow had them delivered to my extremely rural location without any issues before the scheduled ETA.

I would recommend Premier Pet without a doubt. They have been great from start to finish.

Pet travel were absolutely fantastic from the moment i called to enquire about getting our family dog millie from spain to the uk at short notice due to a family bereavement.
Hannah was so helpful and when james picked millie up he also reassured us that he would take care of millie.
As a family going through a hard time having such amazing help from the start just made the whole situation easier.
Also thanks to lucy for sending us pictures and updates throughout the trip back was lovely seeing her so taken care of.
Would highly recommend to anyone needing their pet relocated.
