Pet transport is a difficult juggle both for owner and business and I found this team to be excellent to help me and my dog move between spain and the UK. The rules and logistics are complex and difficult and the team made it as efficient as it could be, responding and providing support. I felt my dog (cocker spaniel) who can be quite anxious was very safe in their hands and would use this company again.

To bring a large dog, 30kg, from Ireland via air is not easy and only one airline would accept Henry - Aer Lingus

Recommended by our forwarding agents, Premier Pet Travel took over.

Firstly, we live near Torrevieja and the only flight available was Malaga - over 400km away.

Premier Pet Travel looked after our customs affairs and then took Henry to his destination.

I was so worried to ship my dog back to the states but it was our time in Spain had come to an end. Stuart was amazing and calmed me down every time I got anxious and nervous. I got pictures of my sweet fur baby along the way which made me feel a little better. Stuart did an amazing job and is the only person I would trust to ship my pets.

I just want to thank Lucy and the team at premier. They turned such a scary worrying experience into an easy non stressful process. I was extremely anxious about moving my dogs on such a long flight but Lucy put my mind at ease not only updating me throughout the flight process but helping and advising me getting everything organised before they flew. The dogs stayed over night with premier before flying the next morning. They looked so content in the photos and videos sent and made me feel so at ease. Now we’re all in our new home and settled I cannot thank them enough and couldn’t recommend them any more! Thank you so much again for everything ❤️

During the proces from booking until deliver my cat, Premier Pet travel was professional and very helpful. Even we had to deal with total different time zones Premier Pet travel was easily accessible by text messages, what really helped us!
To get clear about what documents we need for the cat was hard for us, but Premier Pet travel was clear about what they needed to get the cat trough costumes in Spain. So we could deal with the other three involved companies easier.

It was the first time I have used travel by road for my dog, I wish I had used Premier Pet Travel earlier. Hannah and Stuart are very professional but caring for the animals and I know now I don’t need to worry. It is so good to receive photos and videos of your animal during the journey.

We having been using Premier Pet Travel 2 to 3 times a year for the last 6 years to organise flight transport for our Miniature Schnauzer from Malaga to Dublin. They run an extremely efficient and friendly service. We have never had a problem and even payment is very easy via a link. I would highly recommend them without any hesitation. They take all the stress out of flying with a dog.

While at first I was a bit hesitant about the price of shipping my cat from Spain to Ireland, the quality of service and the speed of the handlers quickly justified the price. I received fast replies and updates, and whenever I had a question no matter how strange it was answered with kindness and speed. Throughout the process of shipping my cat I felt 100% at ease, all because of the company.

They are literally amazing. I had to change the pet transport company that I trusted and used for years. This caused me so much stress. When I found Premier Travel, they took all the worries away since the very beginning. Hannah was amazing with booking procedures, clear communication and giving us all the guidelines for paperwork. Our dog Maya is a rescue from Malaga and we needed to take her to England so Premier Pet Travel arranged for road transport. Lucy and James were amazing, they kept us informed of the trip the whole way whilst also sending us cute photos and videos of Maya and the other dogs! They kept us informed regarding the trip and we felt so calm and comfortable the whole time. Hannah was also great because she organised it all from the beginning and gave us all the information we needed to get started! Couldn’t recommend Premier Pet Travel more if you need transport for your pets ❤️

We transferred from Spain to Japan which is a huge move! Lucy helped us in every single way possible. Sincerely Premier Pet were the only thing in our transfer that gave us any relief and stress-free... so truly thank you a million times over. Will be using them on every transfer.

James and Lucy from Premier Pet are the best or the best, and they actually love dogs they are animal lovers and our dogs love spending time with them. To whom it may concern.

As an elderly, disabled, widower living alone with my cat who I found abandoned 10 years ago it was with great trepidation that I consigned him to Lucy at Premier Pet Travel in Alhaurin el Grande, the Spanish Agent for Global Pet Movement, Switzerland, for onward shipment to them in Zurich.

I need not have worried. I dont think I have ever received such competent, caring, professional action for anything. Lucy called 2 days before collection to confirm appointment and time. She was punctual, knew his name, relaxed him with a cuddle before putting him in his travel box. She housed him overnight in her own cattery and sent me a video of his "room" and him feeding.

In order to minimise waiting time and stress at Malaga Airport the following morning she made a separate journey to customs and state vet there with all his papers and therefore he was pre-cleared for the Zurich customs for the flight.

The next morning she sent me a video of him being loaded safely.

Thanks to being pre-cleared he was off the plane within 20 minutes and collected by my son.

It was challenging moving our dog from Spain to Japan, but I am very thankful for the Premier Pet Travel team helping us out through the lengthy process! They took wonderful care of our dog while we worked out the logistics, and he arrived safely to us as happy as can be. Thank you for taking great care of our dog!

I have used Premier twice to ship my dog from Spain to the USA. Lucy is an expert in pet transport. She moves so many animals to so many places that she has access to people in places and makes things happen. She provides everything and the carting and care is meticulous. Her prices are incredibly reasonable and a in part due to her love of animals and in part the sheer volume of animals she works with. In Spain, because of the heat, animal passage can be suspended at any moment. Her ability to navigate that is nothing short of amazing. If you are looking for an expert, you will find it with Premier.
