The whole process was amazingly simple from the first meeting with Paul, who is very friendly, instills confidence, is straight talking and extremely professional, to the completion of the job. I can't praise this company highly enough. The team, Dylan, Ricky, Taylor and Scott are a hard working, skilled team, who communicate with you throughout the job, and even suggest practical, creative solutions. We were sorry to see them leave as they are a rare team that give over 100%.The finished job was way above our expectations. We feel very fortunate to have chosen Premier Resin Drives, it really was a pleasure to meet a company that are as a family. Happy days.

The quotation from Premier Resin Drives for our resin drive and path was not the lowest we received but Paul's helpful expertise and guidance meant that we were confident that we would receive a high quality service and so we accepted their quote. Within a few days of placing the order Paul telephoned to give a start date. The team led by Dylan were very competent, knowledgeable and professional and their skill and hard work has resulted in a finished product that we are very happy with.

From the initial quotation visit by Paul it was evident that he is a very professional and friendly guy. He gave good advice (including a few ideas me and my wife hadn’t thought of), there was no hard sell and he offered a very competitive price. It was for these reasons that it didn’t take us long to decide to accept his quotation (1 of 4 obtained) and have Premier Resin Drives carry out the work of a new driveway.
Paul returned 2 days later to put the contract in place and 1 week later he phoned to say the work could start the following day (Friday) if that was convenient for us, which it was.
Friday morning and the installation team of Dylan, Ricky & Taylor arrived as arranged (early in fact) to carry out the prep work which they completed faultlessly. Then on Monday the 3 of them came back to lay the resin and what a fabulous job they have done; we chose “Winter Sage” and it looks stunning with numerous compliments received during and since installation.
Dylan, Ricky and Taylor were all professional, friendly and hard working and are a credit to Paul/Premier Resin Drives.
We definitely made the right choice and have no hesitation in recommending Premier Resin Drives.

We had quite a big and complex job that involved building a retaining wall and levelling the garden before the resin could be laid. The quote was not the cheapest we had but we certainly felt that the high quality of service would be worth paying the extra for. And we were not disappointed! The team did exactly as they had promised and were courteous and highly professional throughout, minimising disruption to our lives as we worked from home. The work was completed to an excellent standard and our garden has been improved 100% as a result. There was a very small issue to remedy (no fault of the team). I messaged Paul on a Sunday not expecting an immediate response - but he did respond that day and the issue was remedied by lunchtime the day after. This gives us huge confidence in the company for the future. Thank you Paul and Team.

In the event, the whole process went very smoothly, right from the initial visit to measure and quote (no hard sale), to the ground preparation and the final resin installation. Good Communication from Paul through out and all work was completed to the projected timelines. Dylan and his team are very polite, friendly and customer focused and a credit to Paul. Truly first class experience from Premier Resin drives from start to finish. Paul was very helpful in the planning of the project and gave fair and helpful advice on how to proceed with no pressuring into buying as you get with some companies. I received regular updates throughout the life cycle of the project and was always kept informed. The boys (Dylan, Ricky and Leon) are brilliant lads, hard working and the happiest workers you are likely to see. Leon even accompanied me for a walk with the dog around my estate one evening whilst waiting for a lift home. During a period of lockdown they have been great company as well as great professionals. Finally, the end result is an immaculate resin driveway fit for any property! My partner and are over the moon with it. Premier Resin Drives recently laid patio and drive. From the outset there was good consultation in the work to be carried out and timing of the works to meet our needs .Preparation work and laying of the resin was carried out to the highest standard and provision by a hard working team of pleasant young men . We are very pleased indeed with the final finish of both the patio and drive which are available for inspection should anyone wish to see them. We would certainly recommend Premier Resin Drives to others for both the excellent customer service and workmanship.

Very pleasant company to do business with, very professional and no forceful selling tactics to sell their product. They will give you their price and then the rest is up to you. I would highly recommend them and would use for any future work if necessary.

I can commend this company for its quality of work, reliability, professionalism and above all friendliness. Paul arrived promptly as arranged to survey the work and to give a quotation, listened to what we wanted and offered advice without any sales pressure He then kept us informed as to when the work would start. We were also impressed with his project management and he called regularly whilst his workforce were on site. This is a welcome improvement on our experience with other companies.
The "boys" who did the job ( Dylan, Leon and Ricky ) were excellent; polite, accommodating and friendly as well hard working and diligent. They too arrived on time and tidied up after themselves when leaving each day. By the end of the job they were like old friends. We are very p!eased with the finished result.

The new driveway looks really good and we are very pleased with the end result. There were a few minor hiccups before the driveway was actually laid but the boys spent quite a bit of time rectifying the problems. I would definitely recommend Premier Resin Drives and Paul was a very friendly and professional person to deal with.

We have been really pleased in the work carried out to replace our old paved drive .The additional work advising us to cover existing slabs on our small patio area and garden path have improved the appearance greatly .The covering with the resin on the three small steps leading up to the French doors, from our lounge look really good .The very thorough preparation on the foundation for the drive, where we can now park 3 cars was excellent .
The good workmanship and the very professional way the whole work was managed allowed us to enjoy the investment in our home .The day spent in our bungalow while the resin cured was a relaxing Lockdown ! Thanks

Trying to find a reputable trades person who can be relied upon to provide a fair quote, who is reliable, competent and professional is hard to find. I have to say that Premier Resin Drives is one such company that stand out from the crowd. The work (driveway and front path) needed replacing and I wanted our house to stand out from the others in the street. My wife and I are really impressed with the new look of our path and driveway. It certainly has the 'Wow' factor' now.

Paul managed the project and maintained good communications with us throughout the project. Every little detail was explained as the work progressed. He has a great team who are professional, competent and friendly. They always displayed a positive outlook and were never phased by unforeseen issues. No corners were cut and I am reassured and confident that our drive and path will last for a long time as I know it was installed to a high standard. They even let me have a go at laying the last bit of resin under strict supervision for which I am grateful.

I look forward to next year when we hope to have the rear path and patio replaced with resin. Premier Resin Drives will now be my number one company to go to for a quote and I hope to meet up with the team again.

First class quality driveway which has attracted lots of admiring comments. Our driveway, in need of renewal, now looks modern, fresh and a clean looking Oyster colour. The guys who laid the drive were very efficient, cheerful and explained their work at every stage. They work quickly too. Having a new drive can be daunting in terms of noise, mess and disruption but this was minimised and we now have a great new drive that compliments our property giving it a fresh and modern new look. From the day we met Paul for a quotation my wife and I felt confident that we were dealing with a very professional company that had a great deal of experience in supplying resin drives to a high standard. There was no high pressure selling just a clear and precise explanation of the work involved.
