Excellent Service! Would highly recommend.

I had Paul come out and give me a quote. He was very professional and knowledgeable. My wife was dreading this process as she feared she may be ripped off but I'm happy so say she's ecstatic with the results and the price! We are both so pleased.

One day my wife tripped over while bringing the workmen a cup of tea. She was unhurt but did knock over a flower pot which smashed. No big deal but when the workmen arrived the next day Paul turned up with a new flowerpot! That was so thoughtful. The service really went above and beyond.

Massive thanks to Paul and his team. We're over the moon!

A very professional, friendly, competent company from start to finish. Project managed by Paul who kept us fully informed of what would be happening and when.
Steve and his team dealt with digging out and tarmaccing, talking us through what would be happening. Very professional and competent despite some challenges! Everything left clean and tidy.
Adam and his team laid the resin. Despite the job being more complicated than expected, they achieved great results in a relaxed, friendly way, reassuring us all the way. Really thrilled with the finished job. Better than we anticipated. When you are spending a lot of money to have work done,you hope you have made the right choice. Premier Resin Drives delivered everything they say they will and more. Great service and after service. Would recommend this Company to anyone who wants the best.

WARNING APPROACH WITH CAUTION PLEASE READ ALL OF THE BELOW

I would not even give this company 0.5 of a star but I had to in order to write this review,

PLEASE PLEASE think carefully about using this company and try not to be fooled by the owner Paul In thinking he is a decent man as what he have experienced with him he has shown he is far from it.

He has completely and utterly taken us for a ride, he has started the work to our drive including digging some up so we can’t use it and then stopped the work and wants nearly £3,000 more to continue as all of a sudden there are cracks in the rest of the drive that they did not see before !!! not only have they not come back to put the drive back but he has refused to give our deposit back even though they broke the contact and stopped the works. He is has treated us terrible from the very first day when there was a problem as whilst his team jet washed our drive they took paint off our house and next door and his response was and I quote ‘you have to break a few eggs to cook an omelette’ !!!!

My neighbours were so upset they have only just had it painted!! He has not even done the decent thing and put that right.

I know he will come across as lovely sales man and tell you how professional his company is and how long he has been doing the job But from our experience With him as soon as there was a problem he showed his true colours.

We are left in a right mess and are such good people which he knows and he has treated us terrible, he also asked to be paid in cash so watch out for that!!

I’ve got his awful and rude email responses and pictures of the mess he has left us in if any one wants more proof.

We told him how upsetting this has been for us and we are so stressed about it and loosing sleep etc and has given the impression he does not care one bit which is surprising as we bought into him when we met him.

We are having to take him to court to get our money back and we will win as we have all the evidence that he has broken our contract and the company know this but are still putting us through all of this stress and upset that’s not needed.

Thank you for reading I hope I have saved you the horrific experience we have been through and are still left with damaged render/ paint on our house and part of our drive dug up and such a mess left :(

Evening Paul,

As you have the time to reply an in-depth response on Trust Pilot and considering we are Still without are deposit and a drive we cannot use (it’s been two weeks now)

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ACTION what you are preaching and give our deposit back and put our drive back to how you found it as this reply is just empty words.

We have sent you our bank details and we want a date please when you will be returning to make good the mess you have left us in as per our letter we sent you re going through the small claims court.

You say you are different to other companies and did not want to put your name to the work without digging the rest of the drive up, but I have explained the situation to other companies who are in the same line of work as you and they would not have handled or managed the situation the poor way you have and to be honest they have been absolutely shocked as to the way we have been treated and all three companies came to the same conclusion, YOU did not assess the job correctly and did not project manage it as you should have which is why we are in the mess we are.

Actions speak louder than words so please do the right thing and put things right.

We have never said we do not want you back to put our drive as it was, we CANNOT use our drive and have no where to park so why on earth would we say this. It’s causing us nothing but problems and stress so we are desperate to have it all as it was.

Please email us a date for this week for when it will be done, it’s so sad disappointing it’s had to come to this all because you have not wanted to do the right thing and leave us with no working drive and £1,300 out of pocket.

We first met Paul Thomas for a quotation a year before we were ready to have our drive done. He was very knowledgeable and sincere and there was no hard sell with the usual "this is the price you pay now and It's only available if you sign up now" which we have experienced many times before.
That's why we called him back and gave the go ahead this July.
He assured us that his team of men doing the work are the best and that we would be thrilled with the outcome. His approach to selling the job hadn't changed in a year and that sincerity and honesty is what we were looking for.
He wasn't wrong either, we are absolutely thrilled with the outcome! Our drive looks every bit as good as we hoped it would, if not better. The groundwork team headed by Steve had plenty to do and they did a great job.
The workmanship and skill levels,commitment and dedication of Adam and his team (Leon and Marshall) laying the resin was outstanding. They were polite, attentive and passionate about their overall desire to get the best result possible.They were a pleasure to have around.
