My advice is to stay away from this company my shirt was marked contacted them had to wait weeks after first reply but then week's for anther reply. They kept on saying that they weren't receiving my photos wen my phone was saying that they had been sent, then they said their servers were down time after time had enough took my top to a charity shop.

Similar to a lot of people on here, I ordered on 7th July and haven't had any communication since then. Have emailed but had nothing back. Have raised a dispute with Paypal as that is how i paid. Such a disappointment when this was for a 40th birthday.

Also, seems his website is gone?

I have to add some weight to the 5 star reviews after reading the 1 star reviews. Not sure if they are all correct. No one is perfect in business, sometimes things go wrong. It's how you deal with customer complaints that people will always take away.

I've been ordering shirts off this site since April 2023. I have also been in email correspondence with Paul @ Premier Retros as I was moving house during an order. Address was changed and I got my order. I have since placed further orders as the shirts I received were top notch e.g. Celtic away 1989 / Man U 1992 / Holland 1988. I'm waiting on a Germany green 1990 which I know can take up to 21 days to arrive.

In conclusion I have been very happy with what I've received from Premier Retros and long may it continue.

same correspondence as other reviews, fedex, customs, honeymoon, all absolute rubbish - 100% SCAM.

Ordered a retro football top 16th June. After several email's Paul answered saying was on honeymoon. My payment was taken on 16th June. On 9th August I email again. Then told will get refund. Paul very rude told me I was a keyboard warrior. Avoid at all cost.

PLEASE please, don't waste your money. The quality is horrendous (letters and badges falling off) and they will absolutely not reply to any message you send. If you're not convinced, a major red flag is the fact that their FB group doesn't allow any comments or posts. If they were confidence in what they sell that wouldn't happen!

Ordered on the 7th of july, still no answer to numerous emails asking for tracking or even just an update on where my items were. Got an email saying they'd been shipped on the 24th, but never got tracking or any proof of shipping. Also got a generic email saying he would be out because he's getting married and would be back on the 25th, but no response since. I hope to get my items but I'm likely going to have to file a claim with my bank. Very unfortunate.

Where do I start?
Ordered 4 shirts. Didn't turn up after 21 days, so I emailed to ask about them and he said there had been a problem with FedEx and they had been sent out the same day. This was a lie, because a week later I still hadn't received items, so asked for a refund. He then said there was a problem with customs, which contradicts the first explanation and said he would refund me. Another week passed and still no refund. I threatened to take it up with PayPal if he didn't refund my money, but this didn't work. So when I did eventually contact PayPal, I got my refund, 7 weeks after placing the order.

with the order number of #30545, I have ordered France 1996 Home Shirt, however i didnt get informed or anything about the product and it still didnt arrive to me, despite being over 30 days. EDIT: It came very late but the condition of the kit is very good and it is an high quality product

Ordered on 27th June 2023, still waiting. No response to emails sent to them. Should of looked at trust pilot first before giving them my money. I don't hold out much hope of 1, getting my order, 2, it being of any quality or, 3, getting my money back if order never arrives.

Thursday the 20th July, 1st generic reply. Out off office as I’m getting married will reply on Tuesday the 25th on my return.

Wednesday the 26th, 2nd Generic reply, I’m on Honeymoon and we are down to 50% staff.

For all those who haven’t got a shirt, you have to wait 120 days before you can get a refund from your bank.. which if most request this the banks will pass a winding up order on this company. 16th August update**. Mr Premier Retros is back from honeymoon today! Getting warm and fuzzy feeling with the 2 month wait…. Keep you posted on the reply..

Update 26th

As of the 19th Premier Retros replied and said my emails had went into his spam, fair enough also stated that the shirt was posted 6 weeks ago, so just waiting on a follow up from Royal Mail on where the posted shirt is.

Still waiting on feed back to date 26th August.

Pete was true to his word, just unfortunate circumstances with deliveries on royal mails part and his own personal circumstances, be patient and it will be a good turn out.

Ordered Man Utd 85/86 away shirt 17th June currently 2nd August and still not received the shirt I have emailed them and had no response for the love of god avoid these crooks

I ordered an I item on the 30th June with a delivery if up 21 days 28 days if busy. I had ordered it for a birthday present for the 30th of July. After emailing and getting auto response about being on honeymoon. I emailed again tonight to get the following response.
I'm very sorry for getting married and going on honeymoon, that is truly unprofessional of me.
Your order was in my pile of outgoing parcels being collected tomorrow morning. I have worked 14 hours today since 8am on my first day back at work helping with the backlog of outgoing parcels that my 1 member of remaining staff struggled with.
Your order will be immediately refunded and cancelled instead.
Thanks for not being patient and understanding as I had hoped and as most customers have been during the last week or since since I got married. What a professional.

Great shirt once it finally arrived but unfortunately very little to nil correspondence during the entire 24 days of processing and delivery. I was becoming a little frustrated but thankfully the Italy 94 home shirt I ordered was actually fantastic. If the communications were smarter this would be a 5star review but sadly not.

The shirts are of amazing quality! There was a delay with the delivery and it took quite a bit longer than the 28 days for me but unlike the other reviews I experienced pretty decent customer service. Received a tracking order and quite a few updates from time to time so for me it’s weird to see such different experiences on here.

All in all it’s five stars from me despite the delay with delivery. The shirts are just amazing! I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Because the bad reviews I was afraid to order from this site, so I bought only 1 shirt.
It took 26 days that maybe could be a long time but you are advised of that on the website. I bought a retro Inter Milan 1988 jersey.
Quality is really good with the original uhlsport tag.
I can't really complain, and also the fact you can pay with PayPal so you can always have your money back if something happens.

PLEASE READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AS THEY ARE TRUE!! I ordered 2 football shirts on 2 separate orders. The first shirt arrived as promised on time.
However the second shirt never arrived & as with all the other negative reviews the company never ever respond to any emails. Had to claim a refund back from PayPal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as they are clearly not legitimate.

I’m afraid my patience has run dry. Waiting for 2 shirts and despite chasing I’ve not had any proof of postage or otherwise. Originally told due to Fed-ex and customs issues to now just completely ghosted with no response to my emails or any proactive update from them. Will not touch them again….it’s no coincidence that all the negative reviews are saying the same things here

Ordered a Utd top from when i first started supporting them at a time when you couldn't get the shirt with the sponsor on. Brings back great memories having this shirt. Top quality! Took a while but well worth the wait. Thank you guys!!

Just received my retort AC Milan top, fantastic quality very happy with it! Delivered within the 21days expected lead time. Note make sure you check your junk email folder for any corresponds.
