Sorry to say ….. I one of those who was conned. At first he responds then he says the parcel got lost in transit then he goes silent .. same old tactics .. no matter how good it looks just don’t do it unless you want throw your money away … AVOID

Appalling communication and delivery experience!

My order has far exceeded the expected 18-21-day delivery period, and despite my numerous attempts to seek updates, I received nothing but a condescending response. After sending a total of five update requests (including a Facebook message) and receiving no communication during the week when the 21-day period was up, I had to initiate a dispute.

Their response to the dispute was not only unhelpful but shockingly rude. To my amazement, they responded immediately to the dispute by cancelling my order and labelling me as impatient (even though this was 23 days after ordering). While I understand that orders can sometimes take longer, there is simply no excuse for zero communication when they've already taken payment, and the rare times they did respond, it was done in an incredibly disrespectful manner.

I was worried after reading few peoples reviews. My experience was Great,I order on 19th September & received it today on 9th October.
Great condition, nicely packaged with signed delivery 👌

Don't know why negative comments made as from placing my oder to delivery was within 3 weeks. Ordered 2 shirts for my son and I with lettering on back all were perfect and cant fault the shirts. Definately recommend.

Placed order over 5wks ago, chased up via email 3wks later to be told it was getting posted out using Royal Mail the following day. 2wks later and no reply to any of my emails asking for an update.
Finally asked for a refund and was emailed straight away to say a refund has been granted.....clearly the shirt was never posted! Those was for an 18th birthday and I'm gutted, only email o revieved was " The shirt will arrive, its just Royal Mail being Royal Mail " zero customer service, very unprofessional.

I sent this email (See below) 3 times and the guy still hasn't issued a refund. I ordered the shirt on the 1st July. It's now 28th September!! The guy is a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM!! HE TAKES YOUR MONEY AND RUNS!!

A lot of negative reviews on here, but my personal experience of buying a top from Premierretros has been extremely positive. I received an email saying my order was ready 24 days after I ordered (I placed my order on a Saturday). It arrived 2 days later, well packaged. The top (Wales 1992-94 home shirt) is great. Very happy indeed.

Ordered a shirt on 7th June that arrived around the 20th but unfortunately to big so contacted to exchange told no problem just return the shirt which I did the next day and never received a new one no not replying to emails and having to go through PayPal for a refund. I wouldn't waist your money

Read the reviews. I ordered two shirts in June and they still haven’t arrived - and I doubt they will. No responses to emails.

Premier retros.co.uk is a great website, there is plenty of great kits to choose from and the quality of the material is fantastic. A lot of reviews about the website look negative on here due to the "Delays" on orders, the website clearly states that "Orders are usually completed around 21 days in the UK." Bare this in mind when making purchases on this website.

Overall I have received speedy replies from the salesman and I am satisfied with my order.

I have bought 4 shirts from this company in recent months and have been extremely happy with the design quality and value for money offered by all of them! I can't recommend premierretros highly enough, given the online club store I had a voucher for retailed a less good replica for almost twice the price!

I could wear any of them as smart casual or to play. Excellent value from a very satisfied customer!

I placed an order on 02/08/23 which I still haven’t received. I have contacted them via email asking for further updates & have had no reply. Very disappointed in the service from this company & I can confidently say I won’t see any of my money back which makes this fraud.

Incredible quality shirt. So sad I don't get to leave a 5 star review as the product deserves it, but the time delay in receiving the shirt and no answers at all for multiple queries about delivery time made me really anxious whether i'd ever actually get it before it arrived over a month after I made the purchase

Whilst I'm sure some the positive reviews on here for Premier Retros are genuine, I do feel the lack of communication (for me anyway) is really frustrating. I don't mind waiting if there's some delay in shipping out for whatever reason but not knowing what's happening after nine weeks from the initial ordering of my shirt isn't great service at all... especially after I politely chased up this seller several times on the status of my order.

After reading the reviews left on here, I guess it's kind of pot luck what type of service you'll get. Unfortunately I got the bad service, no communication at all and no shirt in the end. I had to file a claim/refund via PayPal to get my money back. Very disappointing.

looked at reviews before ordering and decided to take a punt. Ordered a Man Utd 1991 Cup Winners Cup shirt for £29 including free number of choice on the back. Ordered on 5th August and received on 25th August. Really happy with the quality and will definitely buy from again. Del time was not an issue as average 21 day delivery is quoted at point of order.

had to come on to leave a review after reading sone of the nonsense reviews the service is perfect and paul is a top bloke ordered a jersey was told about the wait time before purchase was told aboyt sizing on the site before purchase everything was smooth 20 days approximately from order to door superb quality suberb service dont believe the haters some people are never happy loved it will order more 100%

Bought 4 jerseys and they were top quality. Live in Norway and it took approx 2 month. So if you have patience this is a Very good site. If you want something fast you should try annother. Although its worth waiting
