Don't trust these cowboys. They say they've sent it and it never arrives apparently 2 attempts of delivery were made but we've been on holiday 3 weeks and no shirt has arrived. DONT BUY FROM THESE GO ELSE WHERE you won't get you item EVER

Ordered a football top a size too small. And emailed them and they kindly agreed to swap it if I sent £5 to cover thier postage costs, which I did through PayPal.
Sent the kit back in NOVEMBER and sent numerous follow up emails to see where the replacement is, and absolutely no response. Keep away from this company unless you want ripping off!!

This company doesn't even deserve one star, it deserves nothing. Less than nothing in fact. I ordered two Nigeria shirts in APRIL 2024 and ELEVEN MONTHS LATER I'm still waiting. This company is a scam. It is pure, complete, sheer, utter, absolute HOT GARBAGE. Stay clear, they're a bunch of thieves. If you want to quality football shirts with a good company, a REAL company then go to Club Retros. Go spend your hard earned money there. They're legit unlike this absolutely joke of a company.

Sizing inaccurate. Not had any response from the sellers to my various emails.

I have bought 3 shirts now, all arrived when stated and quality is excellent. Never had an issue with overseas delivery to Australia. Description clearly states 21 working days for delivery and it's been spot on every time.

ordered the three little birds ajax 21/22 kit came a little late but tge quality is fantastic

Ordered a Marseille shirt in October 2024.. emailed than 1 month later asking for an update on whether it had been shipped or an update on the request I made (because they have a special request section, such as name and number on the shirt etc). They did email back saying they couldn't get the shirt I was looking for, and would refund me if I liked.. I responded back "it's fine, can you send me what you have instead" I'm not about taking money out of businesses hands, I'd rather get the product as they have it then we're both happy (kind of).. it's now the end of December. 3 months in total, no delivery of the item.

I hate having to badly review companies, but they deserve this. Avoid them at all costs as they are coming across like scammers who take the money and don't deliver on anything.

I didn't read previous reviews before I made this order, so evidently I became rather worried given the volume of negative reviews.
Nevertheless, I decided to wait it out and 2.5 weeks later (today), I have received the Italy jersey I ordered. I absolutely love it; it's super good quality, clean, looks beautiful and a much better product than I thought it would be. I'm proud to now be able to gift this to a loved one. Based on my individual experience, I would definitely order from them again.
In saying this, however, I can't yet give this service 5 stars because of the lack of communication from the company. They state in the original confirmation purchase email that they would send further confirmation once the order was completed, and that didn't happen. This was quite unsettling, despite the fact that the end product made me very happy.
Overall, I'm super happy with the product so, big thanks to the company; the investment was totally worth it. However, interactions with the customer could be improved.

I order a shirt before the summer for a birthday. It not only never arrived, but the company has never responded to my many emails - even though I have followed their instructions to mark the emails as urgent.
Save your money and avoid this horrendous customer service!

My go to place for retro tops. Everyone has been quality made, delivered within the timescales and reasonably priced.

You should be able to give zero stars. This “company” are a complete shambles. Not contactable by any means. Absolute disgrace. Do not be fooled into making any purchase with this “small two man business” they are not a buisness, they are a pair of chancers.

SCAM!! Ordered top at the beginning of September. They take your money with no confirmation and no acknowledgement. They don't answer emails and don't send you the product. DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY ON THESE SCAMMERS.

Scammers!! Avoid at all cost, there is absolutely no customer service, money taken from my account and after 7 weeks I have not received anything and only automated replies to my queries.

I had to chargeback on my card and eventually got my money back but it was very stressfull.

Now I get why prices are so cheaper than other website.. avoid like the plague!!
