Pure scum , I lost my money.

No response from an order placed since AUGUST. Nothing but automated replies. SCAM!!! Avoid this website.

Awful company. Couple of chancers. Total scam. Avoid at all costs. Ordered a top. Took my money. Seven weeks later still not here. Going through my bank to helpfully get a refund. I wish you nothing but misery and suffering in the rest of your pathetic life. Total scum bags.

I ordered a Real Madrid shirt on the 22nd of June and still not received it now. I emailed them and they said they had a delay with the supplier so I gave it a couple more weeks and still not received it or heared anything. They never reply to emails and now I’m £30 down that I’ll never get back. Awful company, don’t buy from here.

Paid for 2 tops, received one with an email advising of a "delay" with the supplier for the second. Nothing further heard and despite repeated contact from myself I have had no response from this person with any update and some 11 months later I am still out of pocket fire over of the tops.
A completely untrustworthy charlatan who makes claims that he's a one man business and finds it difficult to keep on top of these things. There is NO EXCUSE for taking money and not even having the decency to respond to contact.

I dont see why there are so many bad reviews. I received a beautiful AC Milan retro kit on time and in perfect condition. ( cant lie I was kinda scared because I made my order before reading the reviews) But overall I would definetly shop with them again!

Ordered on 18th July (I live in Scotland). Got an email on 6th August saying it would be with me in 2 days. Nothing. Can't get in touch with them either. Only automated emails responses so I'm going to see if my bank can recall the amount paid or advise on what to do as I have given up on receiving my order now.

Avoid at all costs. Hands down the worst online shopping experience I've ever had (and I've had quite a few bad ones dealing with Chinese companies but at least I always got communication from them or a refund). If I could rate lower, I would.

Ordered from them at the end of July. No shirt has arrived and there is no way to communicate with them. Have now sent three emails with no response apart from the standard auto response about how busy they are and how they will definitely get the order out. Rubbish! We purchased an alternative shirt that came in three days. Will be taking action to get our money back.

Do not use this company. Once they have your money you will not get anywhere. As soon as you e mail you get an immediate auto response. For my own amusement I would email them about something unrelated and get the same automated response within seconds. I only gave 1 star because I think you have to give at least a star. If I could give a negative star rating I would. Worst of the worst.

scam artists! ordered in December last year and still nothing after multiple emails no reply or refund.

Please avoid buying from them at all costs. I placed an order precisely two months ago, and they haven’t even sent a confirmation of anything regarding the order. The status is just “Processing.” I have sent several emails asking for the order status, and they only respond with an automated message stating that they’re a small business and the order should ship sometime. At this point, I only want my money back. This is the worst business I have ordered from, and they should consider shutting down.

Very disappointed with the process. Placed my order at the beginning of June. Gave them the benefit of the doubt with delivery times,but have since tried chasing it up with zero response from them. No emails received at all stating the order was even processed or dispatched. Have tried emailing several times and requested a refund or any information at all... still nothing! Feel like I've been completely scammed! Won't use again and certainly won't suggest them to anyone else.

I order a football shirt from Premier Retros. It took a month to be delivered. I appreciate they state it can take 21 - 28 days, but they do not reply to emails, don’t provide updates, don’t provide a dispatch notification, don’t provide tracking and are to be honest a poor example of a customer focused business. I won’t be using them again, so ultimately they will continue to lose customers purely because they can’t get their act together and provide the basics that customers expect in 2024. Also, I’m pretty certain the shirt isn’t real, but that isn’t too much of a concern as my son is happy with it.

30£ for the shirt I bought (France away for Euro 2024) was great value. At checkout they state that it will take 21 days to fulfill the order and was fairly spot on with that also. Would recommend.

When my order hadn't arrived after the expected 21 days, I emailed and received a standard response. However, shortly afterwards I received a dispatch email and the shirt arrived today. As suggested I ordered a size bigger and, you know what, for £30 it's pretty good - fit and quality are absolutely fine and I'll happily wear my shirt with pride!

Bought a retro top and the quality was terrible! A button missing on the collar ,a single line of white stitching that was supposed to be an embossed flag and a flag missing from the collar . I emailed with photos and gave them two weeks to reply still not heard anything! I would never use them again DH gate is half the price and twice the quality and takes the same amount of time to arrive ..

Ordered an XL, received a L. I have attempted several times to contact via email and even Messenger but all have been ignored. I now have a football shirt that is too small and no use to me. A simple exchange is all I wanted. DO NOT TRUST those charlatans to rectify any issues you may have through no fault of your own!!!

Absolute joke of a company. Hadn’t received order and Royal Mail hadn’t left me any note so I contacted Premier Retros, after several emails back and forth their reply was “shut up mate and gies peace” followed by pathetic attempts claiming how they were trying to help me and that I should appreciate it instead of sending them “smart ar$e” replies. Can’t believe they are in business! AVOID

I orderd 30 of January and I only received 1 of my 2 shirts its now 3 JULY. I emailed them several times, but after a month I didn't feel like it anymore. I commented several times myself or on Facebook, but nothing.The shirt that did arrive was also damaged. If you want to buy a shirt, look for another site!!!this site is not worth it
