Shopping from Denmark prior to Brexit, it was the most amazing experience ever. Hands down the best service we have ever received anywhere! A ton of e-mails and questions were handled with smiles and nothing but eagerness to help us. Everything from product guidance to arranging international freight was dealt with as if we were VIPs. The urgency of which we needed the product shipped didn't cause any problems at all - despite us creating such hassle! Not a big deal for the always smiling Karen and the brilliant team. If you are in doubt, buy with Premier Roof Systems - you will be blown away by the outstanding level of service! Ohh, and the rooflight? EXCELLENT bought 2 korniche roof lanterns and had installed by Chris Aspinall
I have had such good customer service , from start to finish. Karen gave me so much good advice in going through all the options with roof lanterns. There were so many options. We had lots of calls and she actually cared , not like the 6 other companies I called.
I had 2 korniche lanterns installed last week. They are perfect and very extremely with them, they are perfect for the new extension space. They will make it a lovely space and bright.
Chris Aspinall gave me such good advice on the phone and spent allot of time ensuring we got the perfect requirement. He installed on the planned date and top quality install. Professional job for a quality product. Also very friendly too.
Happy with price for products and the install, it would have cost me 2 or 3 times as much going to some other companies!
Karen and Chris went the extra mile to ensure a great outcome and I am very grateful.

Chris fitted a roof lantern on our new Orangery. He was very efficient and professional, travelling half way across the country to do the job. Even though the weather was awful during the fitting, he was cheerful and smiling throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him - in fact, I already have!😁

I was going to give the installation a go but ended up getting Chris to install it who has loads of experience and was fantastic in arranging a date soon after the lantern was delivered.

I highly recommend Premier Roof Systems, they're reliable, honest and genuinely care about their customers. The customer service from Karen and the team was brilliant, and they were incredibly helpful when it came to dispelling any doubts I might've previously had. They were quick to reply to any requests or questions I had. On their own accord they rearranged the base and refitted one of my lanterns when they saw fit with the end result in mind, and as a result my satisfaction as a customer. This one example is unsurprising as I had previously been a customer of Premier Roof Systems and it explains why I knew to come back. They've saved me and my family from years of hardship and stress after having previously dealt with an incompetent tradesman who'd only brought us problems. Premier Roof Systems, a company who puts customer service at the forefront.
I contacted this company to purchase a roof lantern. Not being a trades person, I had no idea of what I needed. The staff explained at great length and in simple terms the various options available and recommended the best one for my requirements, which was, in fact, a cheaper option than that I had originally chosen. They even managed to bring my delivery date forward by almost 3 weeks. I highly recommend this company for the excellent customer service they provide and quality products they supply. Brilliant product, service and price
phoned this company and arranged meeting. Chris came out and showed us all the different options for a new conservatory roof with no pressure. He measured up an sent a price for several options. We were very pleased with the price and a couple of weeks latter it was being installed. we are very happy with the results. we went for a blue tint and when we are in the the conservatory we can watch the sky and birds overhead. it does feel warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.

I ordered a roof lantern which arrived…
I ordered a roof lantern which arrived within the stated delivery window, I was away and they left it all secure, as I carried one of the 3m length window panels into the garden one of the double glazed glass pieces shattered into a million pieces thank god for safety glass, why 5* you may ask, well I contacted customer services and asked if they could advise me how to arrange to purchase a replacement section, they replied quickly advising me they would contact there glass company and get back to me, this did take a while but in fairness to premier roof systems it was the start of lockdown when everyone was forced to shut. As soon as restrictions were lifted I received an email stating the free replacement panel was ready to be delivered, all along customer service dept kept in contact, replied quickly and were extremely professional. In the near future I need to purchase a second lantern for the next project I have absolutely no interest in shopping around for it, I will go straight to premier roof and just buy it, excellent service.
