Brilliant service, product is as described, bought a korniche sky lanterns. Easy to install and the best thing was that their was a video on there website to show the whole process. Excellent customer service.

Chris and his team have a real focus on customer satisfaction and it shows throughout the whole company. Premier Roof Systems demonstrated a very professional service as Kristen dealt with us from the initial contact and maintained regular communication with us to keep us informed of progress.
The team of installers were very polite and courteous whilst putting a huge focus on quality which has resulted in a product we are very, very proud of.

Absolutely first class company
Absolutely first class. Living on the Isle of Wight can cause huge problems for mainland ordering and delivery etc but Premier Roof Systems had no issues what so ever with our order of 2 roof lanterns. Communication was amazing and delivery was effortless. I wish more people on the Island was aware of this company and their products. Both roof lanterns installed, zero issues.

Absolutely fantastic service from…
Absolutely fantastic service from Premier Roof Systems can't fault their work at all. Work commenced quickly from the date of quote and was completed in a matter of days. We had the old roof removed from a large conservatory and replaced with a tiled roof. The standard of work was excellent and the guys on the job were friendly and minimised mess as much as possible. Once the job was completed they spent a good amount of time tidying and cleaning the back of the house as well as the garden area. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Conservatory revitalised.
Replacing a polycarbonate conservatory roof with glazing panels was long overdue but we couldn't be happier with the completed job which has transformed the space and given an old conservatory a new lease of life. I was concerned that some aspects of the existing installation would present a challenge but I was thoroughly impressed with the 'can do' attitude which came across from Chris and his team, Keven & Anthony put in a couple of formidable shifts to get the job completed over a weekend and a follow up job to replace a window from the kitchen has concluded a thoroughly successful upgrade. The only hiccup was when the dog ate Kevin's pizza but no lasting after effects.

Just want to say thank you to Chris and all the team at Premier Roof Systems. I spent quite a while looking at various options and other suppliers before deciding to go with Premier and am very happy I did.
Very easy and helpful to deal with, no pressure sales, all the options and process explained clearly, the roof light was supplied and fitted exactly as promised with minimal mess and disruption and has totally transformed our extension - recommended !

hi we bought two korniche roof lanterns…
hi we bought two korniche roof lanterns one at 1.0 m x1.5 mtrs and 1.5 x 3 mt they came beautifully wrapped and with clear instruction ,the only problem we encounterd was when we came to install them on the roof the smaller of the lanterns went on great the large lantern was very difficult to install because the glass was 3 mtrs long very difficult to get on roof and get into position, there was no indication that it would be in one 3 mtrs long lentgh the companies videos lead you to think it will be in at least two parts not very helpful also the ridge end caps are very loose when put on to finish product , overall a lovely looking product reasonably easy to fit but could do with a few modification to make it easier to fit, not the look we wanted we wanted a more traditional look so because it doesn't have a split bars it looks very modern not the look we really wanted for a Georgian property

Regarding the Korniche Lantern not having any rafters, to give that traditional look, usually anyone who buys a Korniche Lantern from us, prefer more glass and less rafters. As you say, the bigger piece of glass can be difficult when installing, we would say definitely its a two man job. We are always happy to speak to customers on the telephone, when special requirements are requested. Our Technical team are here to help make sure every customer orders the product best for them. However we like to learn from all our customers. When people order online going forward we will try to find out more about the clients requests, to avoid any further misunderstandings. Only one prob was the glass was stacked on timber and the sealing compound was stuck to this and had to be trimmed back to enable the bead to fit
This is direct from glass company so no reflection on premier
Premier were fantastic through out the sale and delivery
