First Class Customer Service
Can I just say, this is the best customer service from a company that I have ever received for a long time.
When I was ordering the communication was top notch. However it was a when DPD lost my parcel that the real customer service came into play.
Knowing that the print was a gift for Christmas, a replacement was produced and with me the very next day. The communication was swift and I really appreciated the high levels of customer service

Very helpful staff and easy ordering system. Had to make changes to delivery address and my request was handled promptly and I was kept up to date.
Just an idea that maybe it would be useful to be able to indicate when an item is a gift to have the senders name included with the package so the recipient would know who sent them the gift.
