Communication was excellent at every stage, and they kept me fully informed right up to delivery day. When I collected the vehicle, everything was presented perfectly and explained in detail, which made the handover feel really special.

Have now had 4 business vehicles from Premier and can’t recommend them highly enough. Elliot is so easy to deal with and is always able to understand what we need. Cars all delivered on time and in immaculate condition and Charlotte is fab at keeping us up to date with the orders. FUR COAT NO KNICKERS
Yes the bat caves impressive & so are the cars there ,however that's where it ends ,i bought my Mercedes from them ,1st trip out I heard a noise like wheel bearings ,I took it back & complained ,they told me to take it to one of their associated gargages, who could't tell the difference between a wheel bearing & a cupped trye,they changed the trye ,noise still there, i complained again, they said & i quote were not prepared to chase the tail on this ,go through your warranty company, which I didn't ,as thier warranty its worth the paper its wrote on ,in this time frame another problem arose, unbeknown to me the wheel had been hit & bent the shocker absorber ,same as above washed their hand of me ,
I finally went through my finance company, after numerous calls & txt ,this went on for eight months, the gargage HAD to pay up eventually, I now have a car i enjoy driving ,it could of been sorted out so quickly without them digging their heels ,was & are these cars inspected prior to sale ? mine obviously wasn't.

Elliot and Charlotte were great throughout. They gave me numerous options for leasing on request, made signing paperwork really easy and kept me informed throughout the process about delivery. They were honest in their approach and didn’t make promises they may not be able to keep. Really appreciated their input and would definitely deal with again.
