After you successfully receive 5-10€ for your completed tasks premise just don't pay for other tasks. The app just says cash out failed. Also, they keep lowering the rewards as you complete more of them. Second issue is with higher paying tasks such as interviews. I've completed couple of them and they were priced 15€ per interview. However, these tasks has not been reviewed and approved for around two weeks (even though app says that check is taking 24-72 hours). Apart from that now the same interview tasks are priced 1€. I assume the just attracting people with 15€ reward and take your collected data and after that just not paying the promised reward and then lowering pricing.

Well, after criticism was rained on them from all sides for not paying, they are finally releasing the payments, my pending payment has already arrived.

I have had this app for almost two years. There are often, intermittent problems when cashing out, but the latest problems are ludicrous.

I've been trying to cash out for six weeks, there seems to be a little problem each time. The threshold was raised from £7 to £10, still problems... I've contacted customer services several times, only to be told they are working hard to fix these problems, and it should be sorted in a few days.

No, the threshold has been raised to £100. I've tried cashing out to CoinBase too, this doesn't work either.

I fully expect my account to be blocked and/or wiped after this review too (this has happened before).

So, be careful before you decide to use this app.

It is definitely a scam set up, I have had monies sum of £14.86 not a lot though, though ready to cash out, NOT going to happen keeps failing. Now I see they have increased the cash out limit to £100. Am guessing I'll never EVER get any money this company needs taking down legally. It 😖

Fraudsters havnt been paid for over 2 month

This application is a fraud for more than a month. I have been trying to withdraw profits, and I could not withdraw them. I warn you about it. They are a large group of liars. Technical support gives the same answer every time. A case must be filed against them and held accountable.

I don't know what's happening with this company. I have been unable to withdraw my money to PayPal for over a month now.

Every time I try, the payment page shows that they are facing technical problems and are fixing the payment system, but it's been a month already. The last time I was able to successfully withdraw money was in February...

The payment system is a joke, have been trying to cash out for several weeks but it keeps failing and they don't have any idea when this will be fixed.
A joke of a company.

I literally went and completed 3 tasks (to a value of over £20) - each time I completed a task, I got an actual confirmation message saying it had been successfully submitted and was under review. Each task took me around 20-30 minutes to price report in each establishment.

Later in the afternoon, all of my submissions were rejected due to being “expired” as apparently they weren’t fully sent (despite getting a confirmation notice for each one). I contacted customer service to sort the issue, only to find myself in a back-and-forth with someone called Micheał - who may as well have been a robot (if he isn’t already) where he didn’t seem to want to address the fact that if the user gets a message with a green tick and says “task completed, your submission is now under review” - then why on earth would we question that it’s not been completely sent??

This took about and hour and a half of my weekend and I paid for parking as it was in the town centre. Only to now be out of pocket because of this scam app! Don’t even get me started on how when I first had it, I had about £10 from completing surveys and then (like what happened to most people) the app updated and I lost every penny of it.

Now Micheał has all my price reporting (as I can see the completed form with all my photos) so they have essentially gotten what they were after, but don’t have to pay out because it “expired”? Absolute con! Do not get this app.

Trying to cash out $16 for 6 days now. I'm gonna get $ hopefully & get rid of this app!!! Don't waste your time

I would give zero stars if possible. Had this app for over a year and never had any problems whatsoever cashing out. These days it flat out doesn't pay. They are "working hard to fix it" for over a month now. Bull$pit, anybody with a smartphone can both send and receive payments on Paypal,Payoneer, and Coinbase (the three cashout options). Highly advise steering clear of this SCAM.

You may not become rich but this is a genuine app. When I reach $5 I always withdraw my money via PayPal without any problems. Once did video interview with them and earned $20. Premise is legit

Spent the last 24hours trying to cash out. And failed everytime.
I've thought to come here and see recent reviewers are saying the same. NOT HAPPY.
these surveys are low paying to have reached the amount to claim the money I've earned and be told failed. Is poor very poor.

Dont waste your time its a scam. When you finally get enough money to cash out you cant, says cash out failed no matter how many times you try. Response from support is they are working hard to resolve their payment platform issues and have made it a top priority…yet its been at least a month and still isnt fixed, definitely not a top priority. Waste of time.

Not great, I have to say if you book a few jobs with them they will say they have paypal issues and tell you specific things to keep you waiting. I'd be careful with this company. I think they are just unorganised and a a bad company that you cannot trust.

This app won't make you Rich. However,a simple task Wich able to be done on your way to work everyday may help your expense of snacks.

Was good once. Now barely any surveys. They're longer, pay less and have 'screening' surveys (which are a scammy way to get a free survey done).
Also, payout by coinbase has 'failed' every day for 2 weeks now. No resolution from support.
I'll be deleting the app in a few days.

Update: I forgot to delete the app but no problem because they 'suspended my accpunt' likely for leaving a review, rather than addressing the issues they just delete you.

Why do they take so long to review the tasks and approve them? Someone gets off on making ppl wait days and weeks for a 20 cent task. They cant be THAT busy. The withdraw rate is too high and needs to be lower than what it is at the rate that they go about approving these tasks. That is ridiculous 😑

These people pay very low, and we can receive only one survey within 1 week, some times 2 could be received. They suspend my account and the money in my wollet was also looted. Totally wast of time.

They will make any excuse when you want to withdraw your profits to suspend your account.

Don't download or use, don't waste your time and efforts!
