Very horrible experience.

Me and my partner loan in this bike company. At first, it was really convincing the way their agent approach. However, when it comes to processes, the motorcycle released (8/8/23) but we can't use it until the registration was handed,, they said well wait 1-2 months but as we followup or update (9/1/23) almost a month, they said that the papers not submitted?! And now today, (9/7/23) we paid our 1st monthly fee and check for update, they just said " IM SO SORRY SIR AND MAAM BUT THE PROCESS FOR YOUR MOTORCYCLE'S REGISTRATION AND PLATES WAS NOT YET SUBMITTED". say what???

Is this a correct way of processing? This is our fist time with PREMIUM BIKES but this is not the first buying a motorcycle.

My experience with this supplier was horrible. The bike I wanted was Cube, costing around 1100eur. Their website said 3 to 4 working days delivery. My bike finaly arrived 4 weeks later. The bike was not road worthy. The belt drive was very loose, the handle bar was far from aligned. I had to spend more money having it assembled properly by a local bike shop. Do Not buy your bike from them...

be careful while purchasing an expensive bike from this company, you may assume your bike has two years warranty to get repaired, but in the end, they come up with unacceptable excuses.

It was my first time at Premiumbikes and they were very friendly and helpful. You will find lots of good quality bicycles and it is worth to visit!

The worst experience I have ever had from customer service. Bought online, mechanical problems from day one. The problem was the after service: weeks of delay, refusals to fix and would not accept guarantee. I ended up selling the bike for parts.
