Definitely recommended. We had a two seater sofa cleaned and a bad smell removed from it. It was easy to book in and understand the service and the costs. On the day, the sofa treatment met the expectations set when I booked and it was v professional service at all times. We’re really pleased with the results. London is tricky for parking and that was our only slight challenge overall. I would definitely use PremiumClean again.

Premium Clean have completed several end of tenancy cleans in SW7 and one in E3 for us. We have been using the company for 4 years now and we can reliably say that they ARE THE BEST. The quality of cleaning is truly exceptional. Not a speck of dust is missed and old appliances look spanking new.
The response time to cleaning requests is always swift and all communications accurate and polite.

Fantastic, friendly and very professional service. I booked Premium Clean for and End of Tenancy clean and they did a positively stellar job. At the end, they even walked me through the whole flat, explaining everything they had done and checking if I was happy with everything. The two ladies were super positive, polite and helpful. It was well worth every pound. Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Premium Clean for any carpet or upholstery cleaning - they did a fantastic job steam cleaning all our fitted carpets, sofas, and wool as well as cotton rugs, all of the many stains came off and everything was left looking like new.

Absolutely amazing! Responded fast and efficiently to my enquiry and was able to attend my property very soon which was great as I wanted to get the issue sorted ASAP as was moving out next week!
Carpet burn was completely removed, also removed various other small burns all within half an hour! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING I will not go to anyone else!! Carpet burn is completely disappeared. It looks like a brand new carpet!!!

My house required an end-of-tenancy clean and I spent a number of hours looking online at various cleaning companies before settling on Premium Clean, which has good reviews across a number of websites. A team of cleaners visited the house for an initial clean, which none of the housemates were in attendance for, but the landlord was not 100% happy with the result. Fortunately, when I called the Premium Clean office a new date was arranged for a re-clean of the house, at no additional cost to the tenants. Although the company were busy with other jobs and had limited availability, they were able to expedite the day of the re-clean and came back within 24 hours of me contacting them, four days before their next advertised availability.

When they arrived for the re-clean (again, none of the tenants were in attendance), the landlord (who was) asked the cleaners to carry out additional services not usually included in the base end-of-tenancy clean (such as window cleaning, rubbish clearance and gardening), and the cleaners took to the job without hesitation or protestation, at only a small additional cost to the tenants. In addition, two of the three mattresses, which were significantly soiled and which the landlord had said would need replacing, were efficiently and effectively cleaned by Premium Clean's mattress technician, which saved us quite a bit of extra money, as the landlord only needed to replace one mattress. As the tenants had moved out by this point, I communicated with a very polite and generous man (Chris) over the phone during the re-clean, and he was really helpful and reassuring while he simultaneously liaised with the landlord.

Overall, I had a very positive experience of using Premium Clean and I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a polite, professional and proficient cleaning company.

Super fast and thorough service. They were extremely quick with responding to emails, the staff showed up on time and were done in just a few hours. The steam-cleaned carpets made a real big difference, too. Will definitely be using them again in future.

Before Premium clean I had 3 bad experiences so was rather wary. However Premium Clean from initial contact to end were very professional. The girls cleaned everything really well and Nic worked his magic on the carpets. I have recommended them already and will use again. Refreshing to be able to say something good about end of tenancy cleaning.

Forget Fantastic Cleaners or Urgent Detergent, these poeple are happy to clean and know what they are doing. They stay until the job is done. They are also competitive in price. Previous companies cut corners, didn't hoover before shampoing, tried to say the top windows were inaccessible, refused to climb on the ladder to clean the light fittings - Premium clean did none of those things. I will use them again.

Premium Clean is very responsive on emails and provides a clear and detailed breakdown of what cleaning is included. The price is competitive too. On the day of the cleaning, the cleaners arrived early and did a very thorough clean quickly. Would highly recommend.

We have had a great experience with Premium Clean from start to finish. Communication was good and prompt and most importantly the clean was very good. Even with time to spare the cleaner would ask if there was anything else that needed doing. During a pandemic, this is first class service!
