Sofa clean
After an initial booking mixup, Chris and his colleague did everything they could to put things right - impressive customer service! They even accommodated a Sunday cleaning slot, which they don't normally do. The finished clean of our sofa is great and it smells nice and fresh after a few years of wear and tear. Thanks again.

Just ok
As a Landlord, have used various cleaning companies in the past for end of tenancy cleans. Sometimes the tenants arrange their own, which on this occasion they did, and so this is our first experience with this company. Have to say, the cleaning completed was ok, but we have experienced better in the past. The bathroom tiles weren't really properly cleaned and one telltale sign is that the removable bathroom sink stopper plug was still mouldy and full of hair. Mirrors were left with some smears, so not thorough there either. The rug and carpets do not look professionally cleaned either. We are going to have to get these re-done with a proper commercial cleaner so it gets done right. Our tenants were so good throughout their tenancy that we didn't have the heart to highlight any of these things to them as they were moving abroad and sometimes, it's better for us to do the final finishing touches ourselves (but shouldn't really have to).

I was Very Impressed with the Girls from Premium Clean. Very Polite and Helpful. They were on time and Cleaned Everything Perfectly. No Issues at all getting my Deposit back. I would Definitely Recommend to Friends and Family.

Great cleaning but took a very long time
I booked an out of tenancy cleaning. The quality of cleaning was excellent. The flat was sparkling clean. However we were very disappointed with the time it took. We were advised that it would take 4 hours. Unfortunately the cleaning machine for carpet took additional 4 hours to arrive. All in all, we were forced to wait 8 hours. During that, we didn't get a clear answer how much more time was needed.
