Never ever buy anything from this site

Never ever buy anything from this site. The website was incredibly glitchy and before i could even look at my shopping cart properly, it suddenly became empty, so i had to re-add items i wanted. Right after making payment, i realized that the website had processed my first cart without any confirmation given whatsover. I immediately emailed customer service but all i got was an automated response to say not to email again or it'll take even longer for anyone to reply.

Two payments got taken from my bank account. And i received two identical orders in the mail. 1 week after the other. No one responded to my first email, nor my second. So now i have double of everything which is completely unnecessary and money wasted.

On top of this, when you add anything to cart, there is a huge pop up that tells you that you cannot check out anything unless you agree to random replacements selected for you should an item be out of stock. What sort of business ethics is this?

Some items were missing from both my orders and i would not be surprised at all if i don't get refunded for what i paid for but didn't receive.

Scammy website. It's so bad when businesses like this exist.

SCAMMERS DO NOT ORDER

ordered in August its now september and nothing has arrived. No reply from customer service, phone not answered site was down for the last week. Emails sent get bounced from the server. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS USELESS SCAM COMPANY

I bought 20 bags of Old Town Coffees in…

I bought 20 bags of Old Town Coffees in Oct 2024 for my Mum who has lots of food allergies. It took them awhile to send me only 5 bags (in Dec 2024) - I have not received the other 15 bags - they have not responded to my emails - they have my money and my coffees. I am NOT happy with this transaction and service. I want the 15 bags of coffee's or a refund for them. I would be extremely wary in ordering from them again.

SCAM WARNING
I ordered and paid for products 4 weeks ago.
Haven't recived them and when I email I get standard return email acknowledging my email telling me they recived my email and not to send anymore, but no reply to my questions about my order.
I would not order anything from this company

I’m a happy customer

Thank you for your great customer service and for a speedy delivery! I had accidentally placed an incorrect order and what impressed me was how easy it was to email the company and they corrected my order without any issues.

Thieves

An unscrupulous business. DO NOT order from them! Read through any “Review sites” and imagine the headache you’re saving yourself. This business lacks basic decency.
The site will allow you to order what you like, however, that doesn’t mean the stock is available. If you try and chase up the order when it’s neither trackable or delivered, you’re advised not to email again. A well oiled system of smoke and mirrors. You’re welcome

As someone who is passionate about…

As someone who is passionate about healthy eating, finding the right grocery store has always been a priority for me. From gluten-free items to vegan snacks, they have it all!

What I appreciate most is their commitment to quality. Every product I’ve purchased, from the grains to the dairy, has been top-notch. Their produce section is a paradise of colors, and I can always count on finding ripe avocados, sweet berries, and crisp greens. The staff is knowledgeable and often offers great suggestions on new products to try, which I really appreciate.

These not only help me learn more about nutrition but also create a sense of community among fellow shoppers. Plus, their loyalty program offers fantastic rewards, allowing me to save even more on my regular purchases.

It has truly become my go-to destination for all things wholesome!

Poor communication

The goods I ordered arrived in a timely manner however they were not the ones I wanted. Have tried to contact them multiple times to arrange a return and re-supply but apart from a generic e-mail reply no response. Will not be using them again in the future.

Super delayed response, waiting for paid items 18 days now and counting….

I have ordered 30 May 2024. Emailed customer service 06 June 2024 as no shipping update/movement of products. No response at all until my second email today 17 June. Response: they have received my message and on capital letters ‘NOT’ to email them multiple times as it may delay their response. That their customer service will get back to me soon.

Poor customer service, no update on items I’ve paid for and was told off for emailing them the second time since I have not received a reply for my first email query 11 days ago. What then do they expect me/customers to do if the item ordered hasn’t arrived 18 days later considering it is within Australia. The only email I had was that my order was received and they are processing it - that was 18 days ago!!!

Awful company to do business with - demand a refund

Awful company to do business with. Cut n paste support replies - if you do get a reply - that tell you nothing.

Expect to have long waits for delivery. Months even.

Don’t waste your time or money.

Businesses can’t take away a consumer's right to a refund or replacement for faulty products or services. It’s illegal for businesses to rely on store policies or terms and conditions which deny these rights. For example, policies which say ‘no refunds’ or ‘no refunds or exchanges on sale items’.

Don't bother ordering, waste of time

Ordered quite a large order and advised gave me a refund on one of the items, when I got the boxed package they just gave me multiple of the same item, as I ordered the same item but different flavours. No communication that they have most of the items out of stock so now I have a load of the same flavour of one item. Waste of money now and time. Won't be ordering from them again. 2 of the items were past the food expiry date

Be very aware of this company

Be very aware of this company. As other reviewers have stated, in the majority of cases they don't answer email queries; no communication whatsoever regarding order and why it hasn't been shipped. I finally rang Greensborough Plaza and they very kindly passed on a message to shop as the shop as no listed phone number (odd to say the least). A person from the shop rang and told me they have nothing to do with the online shop. They gave me a 'bogus' number to call to follow up my order. The number doesn't exist - but strangely enough after threatening to report them the next day I received a refund. Note on their web site there is nowhere to write a review so one has to query the 'reviews' they have on their site.
Tread your own path with this company.

Terrible communication. Over a month for delivery

Ordered Ayam sauce December 29th. Emailed continuously about where the order was and have never had my emails replied to. Horrible customer communication. It stated they had the item in stock and it was only shipped 4 days ago. It is now January 26. Shame on you. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Did not get what I purchased

Did not get what I purchased. I am very unhappy with this, not only don’t they have it in stock. They also say it’s still available online. It’s very deceptive. This can be reported to consumer affairs.

Poor customer service

I placed my order on 8th November and only received it on 1st December. I sent 2 separate emails (15th and 23rd) to check the status and only got a generic reply a week later telling me that my order has been upgraded to the highest priority and will be delivered ASAP. I don't think I will buy from premium co again.

I'd give zero stars if I could...

The only reason I purchased from this shop was for a product (Galangal Paste) which I am unable to source locally. The shipping was alot for the one product so I bought two other items to make it more worth it.

Order arrived and I was given ginger paste instead of Galangal. Not only that, but one of the other products I got contains gluten when on their website it said it was gluten free. I cant eat gluten

I emailed and they fluffed around my complaint, not even addressing all my points. I pushed back to get them to address it all. They said the product swap is according to their products substitute policy & apologised for incorrect info on website regarding gluten. But on their website policy it clearly says they will substitute for the SAME product but a DIFFERENT brand, so that is incorrect what they are trying to say. I was aware of this before I ordered and because it said it would be the SAME product I didnt mind a substitute. If I knew I was going to possibly get something different I would not have ordered.

They in the end offer me a $10 voucher for my next order or return for refund. So I paid $17 shipping for $15 worth of products, two of which are useless to me and they want me to send it back, which will likely cost me around $15 shipping for a refund of $15 (I loose all money this way and have no products!) there is absolutely no point. As for the voucher, there is no way I am shopping there again

Customer service is terrible, dont buy here.

Item substitution and no response.

I ordered over $120 worth of stuff and it arrived within a week, so not bad.
However the main item worth nearly $60 was substituted for something else similar but not the same with no consultation what soever. I've tried to email them for 3 days to return item but no response other than auto generated.
I'm not happy and will never shop there again.

Overpriced, lack of stock, slow comms

Website has a good selection so I purchased from them even at a much higher premium per item (some items I knowingly purchased at 2x the price of a competitor). I was happy to pay this premium for convenience of buying from 1 store.
Turns out they don't have stock. So they replaced items with something totally different instead of just refunding the difference.

My order wasn't sent out for over a week. I had to contact them to figure out what was going. When it finally got sent out, there was no prior warning, they simply send a same day notification on Sunday and deliver on a Sunday night 12PM-11PM. Yes you read that right 11PM on Sunday night... with same day notification. No time at all for you to pre-arrange so you're home to receive the delivery.
