I placed an order on 17th July but the…

I placed an order on 17th July but the order wasnt received until 1st September. In addition, an item from my order wasnt supplied but no refund was provided. Very lax communication and very disappointed with the entire experience.

Ordered 20th July,only arrived today…

Ordered 20th July,only arrived today and my order of konjac jelly supposed to be per box(10pcs) 1 flavor has only 9 pcs, the others has 5 and one has 8.
1 biscuit was swapped with another item
2 items were missing: 6 pcs/ a box of Ichiban Ausie beef noodle($26) and a Nassie Goreng paste(I dont know how much). No phone number to dirwct contact the company. So disappointed.will never order again from this store and will never recommend to anyone. The worst experience I ever had.

worst experience

i placed an order for $100+ of groceries on august 1, now it’s august 10 and still nothing . i emailed trying to cancel when i realised how long it’s taking, they tried to charge me $20 to cancel when i already paid $9 for delivery. so i said ok just sent the order, that was 5 days ago, no response. i went to the store in person to ask for help and they can’t help me. i just want the money back, or receive the order. such a nightmare.

Absolutely Useless Company

Absolutely Useless Company. We ordered specific items, but because the items were unavailable, they took it upon themselves to change the order without notifying us. Secondly, the product which was substituted expired 3 days after receiving it. I would have had to drink 18 cups of coffee a day in order to use them before expiry. We emailed about this, but we are still waiting for a reply.

The 2 boxes of Meiji almond chocolate…

The 2 boxes of Meiji almond chocolate that I bought and delivered on 6 June 2022 are expiring in Jun 2022. Whilst emails and messages (via msn messenger) sent with relevant photos, no response at all! The other Meiji chocolates received on same day are expiring soon in Jul 2022.

Wrong product and unsatisfactory response

The company provided the wrong product and claimed that was what I ordered, when the delivery email clearly showed that was not the case. They shifted excuses each time I contacted them. They expected me to pay the postage cost of returning the product to them from Sydney to Melbourne which I was not willing to do. Hence, no refund offered. I will never deal with this company again and cannot recommend them.

Japanese noodles

Husband mentioned he wanted to try a different type of cup noodle. It was available at premium co groceries so I bought many flavours for him to try. One flavour was out of stock so I was notified and refunded.
Excellent service. Recommended.

Thankyou very much

Thankyou very much. I will definitely be recommending this shop to friends and family. It Took about a week for them to pack and for my delivery to be picked up, once picked up it was delivered from Melbourne to Sydney in 2 days. The packing was great, I ordered 11 glass bottles drinks and each one was bubble wrapped individually, and the other things I received were neatly packed inside the box. Thankyou very much, I will be ordering again!

Really deceptive and questionable practices. Promising discount via email and website. You can see the discounted price when going through the checkout process, then the step right before paying the discount is removed from the total amount to pay (but site still shows "discount applied" text - when it clearly isn't).

If there would be zero star i would…

If there would be zero star i would really give it a zero. Unresponsive customer service and confusing process. They said that items were refunded and it would take 2 to 3 days its already been 5days still ni refund was made then my orders are already a week old still havent received it yet and no response from the team. They gave me a tracking number on courriers please however there were no info regarding the shipping once i try to input it on the courriers please web. Very frustrating

This was on the on the 04.10.21 which means the refunded amount should show up in your bank account already. Our customer service team is replying to all emails as quickly as they can. I can see that they have sent you an email already regarding your order. Sometimes our email end up in the spam folder. Your order already has been packed and will be picked up by the courier company on Tuesday. I have updated the tracking number and resend you an email with the tracking ID today again. Packed by someone who dislikes people

The product arrive promptly and was as described. However, rather than any form of packaging, 5 loose bags were taped together with a ridiculous amount of packaging tape - directly stuck onto the product. It took about 10 minutes to get the tightly wound tape off the bags without ripping them open. Even if you thought this was a good way to pack for shipment, a piece of paper or the like between the tape and the product would have eliminated the 10 minutes of trying to open it. Never again.

Swindlers

Brought groceries from them worth up to $60 and only received half the goods and never heard back from them about a refund even after I’ve contacted them about it. Don’t trust this website!

Green vegetables are extraordinary

Online convenience for a wide variety of amazing ingredients (products). The vegetables alone are wholly worth the purchase. Astoundingly fresh and wonderful quality. So lucky to have this service.

Poor customer service and refund policies

Ordered 15pc for the pretz roasted biscuit, then I got a call as they only got 6 in stock, and told that I would get a refund for the rest of them plus delivery fee, I still haven't received anything yet. And that's been 2 weeks ago.

However your order was dispatched right after that. In some cases the tracking for the Australian Post can takes a couple of days. Premium Service

I purchased a product from Premium Co Groceries, and they promptly advise me that the product I ordered was not available. Staff offered me the option to substitute my product or to wait until they received a new shipment. I opted to wait for my original order items, and they were promptly & personally delivered. Can’t fault them and would happily recommend Premium Co Groceries based on their product range & customer service.
