Customer support was quick and clear

Customer support was quick, accurate and clear in resoling my question. While it was simply a misunderstanding on my part they quickly explained the situation clearly, much to my satisfaction. This is the first time I have had to use this service and I am glad I did.

Awesome. Just Awesome.

When I first encountered them a couple years ago, I was wary - who would not be? It is not a "household brand" and with all the scams, it was understandable.

I had not had any reason to test their customer service until this past week when a vendor they have used changed T & Cs causing turmoil. They handled it masterfully in speed, encounters, and information.

These are clearly real people, not some bot trying to hallucinate and answer.

I don't understand the negative…

I don't understand the negative complaints. I had excellent prompt service and they replied to my inquiry very promptly.

I'd suggest subscribing to their shortest plan to see how it works out for you. If you don't like it, move on and lesson learned but so far, they seem great to me.

Perfect Customer Support

My experience was mostly with the customer support which in under one hour they answered. It made me feel that they care about the customer. Even if it's a bit more expensive from the competitors it's still worth it if you consider the fact that they have customer support. The service works perfect and has a very good Web UI.

Customer care responds promptly and clearly by email when visit their website. As well, a snafu in them changing billing providers this week caused many subscribers to receive a “Your subscription has been cancelled”, email. They followed up with a clear explanation and assurance all is well, no account cancellation. Well done! Thank you Premiumize!

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. When I first signed up I had some issues getting it to work. Customer service walked me through setting up my system and it now works AWESOME! Have not had any buffering issues at all and everything I have searched has worked flawlessly. I could not be happier!

Problem solved very quickly

I had a problem, emailed and I heard back within the day. I was given excellent information to help solve my problem immediately. compared to other companies that offer this service they rock. They are a little more money but that just proved to me that they are worth it.

Premiumize me is the best debrid service I’ve ever seen, one of the things that touched my heart is when you reach out to the customer support team you actually get a response😧I was a Real-debrid customer I never got this service from them I had to leave them after they went down because it was physically and mentally draining trying to get any answer from them it was like they just vanished and their Twitter account they don’t respond to you also there’s no email I couldn’t take it no more all I needed was a answer to why the links don’t work no more I ended up leaving and lost all the booster points I’d built up i had a lot of them too so it was painful I had a month to go of my plan I couldn’t get in touch with them there was absolutely no way I could reach any type of support I don’t like contention so I just walked away I was told about premiumize me so went online to do my own research to make sure o never find a provider like I had before and I have to say even a blind person can see they are the real deal👍🏽🥰🥰🥰because my guard was up and I wasn’t so trusting after what I had been through I took a 3 month plan saw it was good my guard came down 1/2 way and I took another 3 month plan then 2 days ago changed it and upgraded to the yearly plan I did that because in my opinion after what I’ve seen they are the number one debrid provider also they really look after their customers and you feel safe not having to worry about anything the links are mint👍🏽🥰I seriously & strongly recommend anyone looking for a debrid account to give premiumize me a chance you will never look back or leave them, 🙌🏾🙏🏽🙌🏾finally some peace with a great company who actually cares about their customers thank you Premiumize me you are absolutely amazing
