gets a bit much after a while go elsewhere they have gone down hill this year well below par will not be renewing.
Torrent downloads works about 7 out of ten so at least its not a total loss.

Recent changes in UI, TOS and restrictions in Jan 18 makes service sucky now
Have been a pretty happy user of this service and even extended for a few years. But now I'm very sorry that I did that, as their recent UI changes and TOS have become very restrictive and frankly makes service not very user-friendly.
Be very aware that as of Jan '18, they've severely limited their cloud downloads to max of 10 downloads at a time without any queuing ability. This was a big change from their previous policy and advertisements touting cloud downloads of torrents and nzbs.
Their customer service will hide behind the fineprint that they can change their TOS at anytime to restrict what they previously claimed as their advantage of cloud download abilities.
Also their UI now as part of new year's update is really messed up (waiting for fixes to be put in), but it is really sucky currently.

Have used them before and rate them highly although they are more expensive than some others.One thing i do like is payment can be made with paypal but if you do use it the price does go up slightly.
