Our system has been installed and it was WELL worth the wait! Excellent service from the company and the installation team were brilliantly efficient and knowledgeable. It feels like having some future tech in our home, which is exciting, and looking at the app to monitor our energy has become a bit addictive! : )

Had full solar array with batteries installed and PL have been excellent. Matthew was more than happy to spend lots of time talking through kit and requirements and, possibly most important of all, very competitively priced (cheaper than three other quotes for the same set-up).
We had some delays in installation, which was linked to availability of sub-contractor installers, but PL compensated us for this delay of their own initiative and without any request to do so.
Would absolutely recommend.

I recently had a 20kw PowerPlant battery and solar panels with 5kw inverter installed. Matthew and Jonathan were very helpful in implementing the solution that I required.
They listened to what I needed. They were very helpful and cooperative. They also communicated well. It took a while because I had very specific requirements but I am now very happy with what I have.

A great local company who we have used twice now.
The 1st time was to purchase a lithium battery for our campervan, Matthew was extremely helpful even opening up the warehouse on a bank holiday for us.
Our 2nd and most recent experience was to have batteries installed in our home so we have maximum benefit from our solar panels, we found the company really easy to deal with from start to finish.
Matthew went out of his way to compensate us due to a delay in installation which was a very welcome surprise.
Jonathan is very knowledgeable and was very helpful in explaining the system app to us.
The 2 electricians who did the installation were very friendly and courteous and we had every confidence in their work.
We didn't shop around for the best deal because we were so at ease with Premium Lithium from our 1st experience. The bonus is that they are fairly local to us as we like to support local businesses where we can.

I now have upgraded my aging system with two new shiny batteries from their ever growing online range. They are a company close to home who you can confidently rely on. And a tempting discount system if you don't mind waiting a few months. I'll be recommending to everyone.

Spent a bit of time looking around for solar panels and battery storage. Premium lithium not only matched but beat the price offered by others. The staff were friendly and helpful from the outset, happy to answer any questions.

I am very pleased with the Powerpanel 9.47 kWh battery I have purchased from Premium Lithium. I was a little nervous at first dealing with Premium Lithium. They are clearly a relatively small, but growing company, and when I initially purchased the battery I was aware there was a long lead time of several weeks before it was delivered. With it being a substantial financial commitment I was mindful of the potential risks involved. And I must admit I was also slightly put off by the ‘creative marketing’ on their website (but that may just be my age and my old fashioned views!?). However after reading reviews and speaking directly to Matthew and others in the office I realised that they were very genuine business people who are passionate about what they are doing, and indeed as others have already commented, focused on providing good customer service. I went ahead with the purchase using my Credit Card to give me some protection. I am please to say that the battery was delivery in the timescale expected, albeit with a slight delay due to an industrial dispute at the port. However Matthew ultimately keep me informed and reassured about what was happening. He was also very willing to give advice on suitable charge controllers and how I set the battery up etc.

I was impressed with the delivery company that Premium Lithium used. The battery had obviously been handled very carefully (unlike some packages I’ve recently received from other sources / delivery companies!). The delivery driver was very helpful too. I was very impressed with how the battery had been initially packed when leaving the factory in China. Some thought had clearly gone in to how to send the battery safely half way round the world! I also liked the fact that Premium Lithium had tested and Quality Assured the battery before sending it on to me.

The battery itself looks to be well designed and put together. The onboard Battery Management System appears to be a good quality and well featured. I have now fitted the battery myself and integrated in to my existing solar panel / inverter setup. I’ve had it running for a week or so, and so far I am really pleased with it’s performance. I am still fine tuning the settings between the Charge Controller, Battery and the Inverter. But after running a handful of cycles through the battery everything appears to be working solidly as it should. I am also very delighted to report that despite the very short December days, and at times mixed winter weather, having the addition of the battery has certainly significantly boosted the overall usable output from my system.

I am very pleased that I took the decision to buy this battery. My experience buying from Premium Lithium has also been good, and I would certainly recommend them to others. They are a small growing company, who I am sure will have challenges as they grow, but they are clearly not just focused on ‘box shifting’ and are offering competitively priced lithium batteries with solid value-add customer service. I sincerely wish Matthew and his team all the best with their business in future

I have been so happy with the performance of the equipment and service I ended up Buying one of the power pod 5 kW they also do a 10 kW and a 15 kW that I’m saving up to buy until I reach 15 kW a great investment from a great team with value for money The power pod works great with my Victron easy solo-2 3kva I had one of Victron
Seller and engineer log in to my Victron to help with the set up and he was happy with the performance of the power pod battery and the set up was very Successfully via VRM over the Internet thanks again premium Lithium

Contacted Premium Lithium to enquire abiut a 20kw battery pack to power my property that i could charge up overnight at the cheap tariff. Dealt with Natalya all the way through the process. Couldn't fault Natalya as she would answer any question i had , of which there were many. Always got back to me quickly with any requests for information. Natalya is a credit to the company and i never fekt pressured , very proffesional.Gave me 3 quotes and discussed the best option thoroughly with me. Would highly recommend Premium Lithium.

Premium Lithium installed an Automatic EPS switchover system through the Premium Lithium Energy Hardship Fund to keep my husbands medical equipment running through the planned power cuts, we are so grateful as this has given us such peace of mind.

We also had solar panels and a smart home battery installed, they provided an excellent service and have a great team of installers for the whole process. Matthew kept us up to date at all times.

We wouldn't hesitate is recommending him and his company.

I live in my self converted Transit van camper full time and needed to upgrade from WLA batteries to LiFePO4. After extensive research I found that Premium Lithium offered the best value and most promising product.
I took delivery a couple of months ago and I can honestly say moving to LiFePO4 has changed my life in a van.
The 100ah Faraday has put up with my demands and many part charges from the UK’s terrible lack of sunshine. On the other end of the scale, during the heatwave, the strong sun had this battery fully charged by 10am and kept it topped up and acting as a buffer for the charge controller until the sun went down.
I run all Victron electronics for the charging, both solar and mains. I’m yet to install a dc-dc charger but it’s next on my list.
There’s something to be said for a UK based company and their customer service. I’m always happy to pay a premium to be able to talk to someone when I need too, not wait days for a reply email only to find they never answered your question so the cycle starts again.
Premium Lithium I must say, could teach other companies a thing or two about customer service!
I emailed one Sunday morning with a question and was shocked to see a reply and answer within 5 minutes. I wasn’t expecting a reply until Monday which was fine by me. You don’t get that very often!

The battery itself has performed exemplarily, so much so that I now forget it’s even there. A weekly check on the app to make sure all is as it should be and that’s enough! It’s earned my trust and I just let it get on with managing itself.

I’m running 6 led lights, a 70watt 6000 lumen led spot lamp, Vitrifrigo fridge (24/7) a 19” 12v led tv, 5kw diesel night heater (draws 12 amps on start up) water pump, a 15 amp water pump for an enclosed boiler, and a plethora of devices that need charging. When the fridge kicks in, there’s not even a flicker of any of the lights, unlike on WLA. the tv runs flawlessly and the spot light stays on in full power without dimming.

If you’re thinking of switching to LiFePO4, you’ll do no better than choosing these guys 👌

I ordered 2x 200ah batteries which were delivered last week. I haven’t installed them in my camper yet as some work needs doing first but on opening the boxes I was very pleased at the appearance of them very smart and modern looking just hope they perform as well. I had a hiccup on delivery as I wasn’t at home but Mathew was on the ball and rescheduled another delivery the next day. I have communicated with Mathew a few times and have had my questions answered promptly. I would have no problem recommending this company in the future.

We ordered a 20kWh battery system for our Solar Panels, and an EV charger from Premium Lithium. Matthew was extremely patient in answering all my (many) questions to try and determine if this system was appropriate for us and would work out cost effective. Compared to other providers we spoke to, Premium Lithium supplies a much bigger battery (others seem to be between 4kWh and 11kWh), and at a lower cost per kWh. This will make it more effective in allowing us to store solar generation and cheap overnight electricity, and therefore much more cost effective in the long term. At our request, Premium Lithium have delayed the installation until next year, so I can't review the system performance yet. However, in terms of dealing with the company, Matthew and the team have been very good and accommodating in responding to our needs, and I would recommend them as a team to deal with.

We contacted many companies for help and Premium Lithium answered our prayers. They provided their excellent batteries to us at a loss so that we could use them in our emergency vehicles in Ukraine to help our citizens. Premium Lithium have literally helped save the lives of my people and for that we are eternally grateful. We love you guys!

I bought 2x Lithium Life Po4 200ah batteries. They have performed really well over the last year with Nick and Matthew providing excellent support and advice before during and after purchase. I have recently had a problem with 1x battery which Nick sorted for me whilst I waited. Nothing is too much problem for these guys and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Bought 10kw of batteries from premium lithium. Installation was easy and with app installed on my phone can see what is going on with the battery. Service was very efficient and a good price!
