Very nice people and easy to work with. As a first time home owner, I worked with people who made me feel comfortable with the process. I will recommend the company to others and use them in the future.

Premium Mortgage is the only mortgage company that I recommend to everyone. I never have a problem from application to closing with Premium and I tell my clients that. I do have to give them three mortgage companies to choose from but I always give my opinion on the reason that they should, and have to use Premium Mortgage. The entire staff is great and very professional. Phyllis Haberer has represented my clients for over 15 years and I never had to worry about anything referring and using her as my mortgage broker. Her knowledge and experience always shines through and she has been a great asset to the Premium Mortgage name.

I was surprised with my final mortgage numbers at closing due to the fact that I was told I did not have to roll my homeowners insurance into the mortgage cost. I was told it could be left out, but ultimately it could not. I provided information requested by Premium Mortgage as quickly as possible, but when I had questions, I was not responded to in a timely manner. I was left guessing at the answers to my questions. I don't feel Premium Mortgage was interested in exemplary customer service, only getting the necessary paperwork to push the mortgage approval through. I would have liked to discuss, in greater detail, my options for putting 20% down and what the advantages of that would have been vs. the 15% down that I decided on.
