Great, fast, transparent customer service
I made a online booking for the desired car; I received the confirmation almost on spot. Mr Mugur, from Cluj Napoca Premium Rent, was really helpful.
They have good prices through all ranges of new cars and a very good and informative website that is easy to work with.
I would recommend them and certainly will use them again.

good car but some things could be improved to give the customer a better feeling
Everything works fine during the arrival, but the employees of the company wants to sell insurance for the car to decrease the deposit of the car also if you have some insurance for example from discover hire (rent web portal). We ordered different types of child seats, one for a 3 year old child and one for a baby (aged of a half year), but we get only 2 seats for childs which can sit alone. On the return of the car everything was checked in the same way like at the arrival, but the employee what's to earn some extra money by some scratches which are not happen during our road trip. Hopefully I take some photos and videos about the car at the arrival and return date. So the deposit was released totally back to my bank account. The car was a Skoda Octavia. It was a nice car. Everything was nice at the car, especially the automatic circuit and the engine power. As a nice feature of the car would it be good, if the car play is unlocked at the car. Another thing is that the employee ask me, if he could write his own recommendation for Google and Trustpilot over my smartphone with my Google account. In return I get on my next rental a discount of 15 - 20%. I accept this to have not problems and that's the real and objective recommendation of our rental with Premium Rent Cluj. Thank very much.
