Scam!!! Bunch of b**tards, give me my money back!!!
Do not buy from these people!!

Scam, I claimed the money back from my bank after waiting months for the trainers, only to receive a letter today saying the company have provided proof of delivery to my address and taken the money back!! I have no words! Absolute fraudsters

Scammers don’t buy off these people. Still waiting for £200 trainers for almost 2 weeks now. They don’t reply to e mails.

I fell into the trap and ordered Nike Air Max 95's over 3 weeks ago and they have not replied to any of my emails to see where they are as it was for my son's birthday. There's no way of contacting them otherwise. Just read all the other 1 star reviews and that will let you know how bad they are...wish I had read them before I ordered. Luckily my credit card covers this type of nonsense and I will get my money back!!!!!

I have not received my order and asked for a refund several times. This is a dishonest company that has no phone number and does not respond to emails.

Absolutely awful service! Brought a stone island jacket, when I received it the jacket had all Strains on, it smelt of aftershave like it had been worn and no labels! No communication at all and no responses

Take your order and cash no problem but then disappear from any form of customer service when they continue to post on social media for others to fall into the trap. Stay well away promoted by a numbers of Z listers and influencers but they must keep them on the good side and deliver what they order.

Never got my items had to dispute with the bank to get the money back when they eventually replied weeks after apologised and offered to send something you guessed it that never arrived.

Stay well clear scammers with a following ripping off hard working people with post and influencer support!

Don't be fooled by them being VAT registered or that they accept Klarna
Bought my son Jordan 4's for his birthday, 2 months later still nothing received, and zero communication. Luckily paid by klarna, and they are issuing a refund.

It's a scam. I placed an order with express delivery. Still hasn't been dispatched. They have no phone number only an email. After placing my order, I started to receive a ton of junk email meaning they shared my email with a third party which breaks Data Privacy laws. Do not buy from here.

I wanted to exchange my fear of god essentials t shirt as I wanted a different size. I have tried to get in contact with them for ages now and have tried to 3 different ways through Instagram, their live chat service and email but no luck. Appalling customer service.

I ordered a pair of Jordans on the 16th of March 2023 for my son's 16th birthday. The order stated 5-7 working days. Here I am almost I month later, no trainers, no replies to any of my messages so at this moment in time I am £336 out of pocket.

Appalling service would recommend to never order from this site.

Stay clear of Premium Source! Worst company, you’ll place an order and that will be the last you’ll hear of them - take your money and then you won’t hear back from them no matter how you reach out to them. Completely a scam, wish I had read up on here before placing my order. Bank now in the processing of clawing my money back.

Sent payment for an order a month ago haven’t received an update emailed them still no reply looks like a scam company

I originally ordered my Fear of God Essential T shirt on 28/3/23. On the order it says it be shipped by DPD, they advertise free shipping with DPD but I got sent a tracking number for Royal Mail. It been well over a week and still haven’t received my order. Tracking number doesn’t work. I seen the reviews on Trust Pilot and notice similar things has been happening with people not getting their order, getting their items 2 / 3 weeks later or completely getting the wrong order. I have emailed them with no response. It’s unfortunate but I think I have been scammed.

Item returned as totally wrong item. It was used and not the item ordered. That was pre Xmas. Still heard nothing. Disgusting people who don't care less.
