Unable to register card anywhere

Cannot register the card online, through the automated phone system or through talking to a live person. The only way to replace the defective card is by providing the original purchase receipt. For a GIFT CARD. Worst gift card experience ever, it seems to be a predatory company that just wants to keep the card balance.

US Bank Is Committing its Own Fraud

I'm having the same issue as many others--I tried to use my $100 gift card for the first time last night, and it was declined. The company is refusing to let me use it until I can prove with a receipt that it was intended for me. No one is going to have a receipt for a gift card--it's a GIFT! So I have no way to access the money. They also don't have a working website or a working email address, told me they're not allowed to tell me their company name, and wouldn't let me talk to a manager. I've talked to 4 different people at the number on the back of the card, and every time there is something new and sketchy that comes up. US Bank seems to be using this card as an easy way to simply keep everyone's money because we have no recourse.

If I could rate a zero I would

If I could rate a zero I would. This is definitely a scam. This was a Christmas gift. Once activated a guy named Fernando used the card in California on PayPal. I called customer service said the card was issued to someone else. I asked if the guy worked with the company that scammed me. She said she couldn’t give out any information but proceeded to tell me to open an investigation I would need to send a copy of my government ID and social to her. I asked her if her and the company like scamming people and she hung up. I did call PayPal and the lady on the phone told me who the guy was that purchased items. I guy named Fernando. I have tried to call Visa gift cards numerous times and they will not answer my call now. Buyer beware STAY AWAY from this gift card!

Do not get these for anyone you care…

Do not get these for anyone you care about. They are not accepted by online vendors such as amazon or any sporting goods store. Be save, get an Amazon card. My 4 kids got these for Christmas and have not be able to use them!

This is a scam

This is a scam. Do not buy cards from this company. You can't access the money. The call center told me someone tried to steal my personal information off the card in November when the card was given to me by my company in December. It's a gift card! What personal information?? They wanted to send me a new card. After I pressed them they said we'll remove the block off the card and to wait 20 min for a reset. What a garbage experience. Can't believe visa lends their name to this money grab scheme.

Garbage company!!!!! Beware!!!

Received $350 worth of gift cards and all were “compromised” and want pictures of my photo ID to reissue legit cards. Customer service was a joke. When you say something they don’t like they “can’t hear you” Scam from the start. Will never ever buy from them again and will warn everyone I know about them.

This gift card are a joke once you…

This gift card are a joke once you purchase them and you try to buy something your money is gone. They stole my balance of $105 plus and I was told to submit my id and card and wait 45 days so they can do an investigation??? what a joke I also call them back later spoke to Ali and she said that my document was expired and to send the documents back!! wow this is so unbailable who these companies are so incompetent when it comes to taking your money. We purchase at least 600 in gift cards for our employees and it so embarrassing when they come to tell me that the money is gone? but yet I pay for these credit cards right on the spot for them to get stolen in a blink of an eye. I stopped my business with these company that only takes your money

Scam

This company is a scam, I recommend avoiding it. It is a suspicious site that locks your budget on their scummy unusable site. I found better alternatives like Vanilla Gift Card, at least when you purchase from them they're already active for online purchases.

FRAUD!! BEWARE OF COMPANY!!

Purchased 2x $100 gift cards at Kroger one week apart in September (for birthday gifts). Thankfully, one was for my niece. My sister called and said she went online to register the card, only to see that there was just over $23 on it, because there was a $76+ charge at some sushi place in Florida. We are in Michigan. The second card I still had in my possession, so I decided to open it upon and register that card. It wouldn't allow me to register. I called customer service and the cards were 12 sequence numbers apart. The person told me that they had been notified that a batch of cards had been compromised. The person stated a new card would be in the mail for the second one I purchased, but the first one would be sent to investigations. I was told the process is 90 days. I stated that obviously the cards were in the same batch and it was also compromised, but I was told it has to go through the investigative process. Once that is done, if it is found that fraud was committed, I would be sent a new card. I do not understand how this process takes 90 days! I never thought gift cards that I purchased at Kroger would have any issue, especially since I double check that the gift card packaging has not been compromised in any way. I asked if they notified Kroger and the person stated that it is out of their scope of duties. I called a couple days ago, since it has been just over 30 days and was still told that it is in process. The investigative team is extremely busy and need to wait 90 days. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and also with our AG.

Can someone please explain to me how…

Can someone please explain to me how this company gets access to these Visa gift cards? I don't get it. I got a $100 gift card from my job and when I checked the balance prior to using it, it said the balance was ZERO! When I called the number on the back of the card they were asking for a lot of personal information and even asking me if I had other debit or credit cards. I knew at that moment this had to be a scam. This is crazy!! This company is a SCAM.....do not purchase these cards!

A lost present

Got this as a christmas/birthday present way long ago (can't remember which), and never really thought to use it. I like to have money around and only chose to use it on big expenses or special circumstances... only... it never really worked... I think it worked ONCE at the theaters, but that was it. I thought it was just buggy or something and I'd just be able to call the number on the card. I haven't nor really will call, given the amount of reviews that show situations similar to mine. This thing's a fricken scam and now I have $90-100 less that I thought I had (at least I think the theater one worked).

We purchased $1500 worth of M/C gift…

We purchased $1500 worth of M/C gift cards from Kroger. 5 $200 cards and 5 $100 cards. These were purchased as incentive gifts. So far, all but 1 has been returned to me by the recipient stating that the cards had a negative balance of more than $100.
I called the number on the card and the “customer service” rep told me that each card was used at an online trading company in California. I’m in Indiana. I told them that we had never used these cards and was told that it was my responsibility to call the online store in California myself because there was nothing that could be done.
This is a complete SCAM!!
