My experience with prepaid sims has been amazing. From their fabulous Customer Service when I've had to contact them, the prompt delivery of the sims and the coverage they provide when overseas has been fantastic. Have just recently ordered 1 prepaid for Asia and 2 for Europe travels later in the year. Thanks to everyone at Prepaid Sims.

Just put the sim card in our phone, and we were ready to go, no mucking about trying to figure out a plan.
We could use our phones as soon as we got to NZ.

So happy with the supports I was given to activate my sim which I was having trouble activating the team member answered my email properly and the issue was sorted promptly I have always used prepaidsims when I travel overseas and they are very reliable

I bought an unlimited data eSIM wth local calls and hotspot tethering for New Zealand and it didn't miss a beat the whole trip. Easy to activate, great coverage on both islands and only one Sim needed for two people. Highly recommended.

I found it unfortunate that I had to find wifi to be able to activate the SIM and the coverage isn’t available in some places. Definitely do not agree with the TV ads for the great coverage. Other than that I’ve had no issues and it’s been well used.

While using it in New Orleans and Las Vegas it has been perfect but in Mexico it wasn't good at all considering we paid extra not impressed with that otherwise it has been great

Clear set up instructions, quick connection. No further thinking about data usage while travelling. Hotspots, peace of m8nd on network security.

Bought a sim for Japan. Upon arrival, sim would not activate. Phone has to be configured in complicated process to get sim to work. Unable to get the phone to function with the sim.
AVOID!!! There are other travel sims out there that can be trusted than this mob.

On arrival at my destination in Southeast Asia, the physical data SIM failed to work in my Google Phone, reporting it as unsupported (worked fine in an iPhone). I emailed Prepaid SIMs from the airport and they promptly responded by the time I got to the hotel and resolved the issue by issuing a replacement eSIM. Fantastic service, highly recommend.

Easy to install, the Prepaid Sim has given us access to everything we need from translators to Google Maps to accessing emails. We can also FaceTime with our grandkids.

Good customer support

I used Tiktok to save a bunch of travel guides for Korea before I left home but when I got there Tiktok wasnt working for the reason I found out later the service provider they use for the SIM was Chinese. For some reason they block Tiktok in Korea which is weird. It made me think at first the whole SIM wasnt working because I had Tiktok set as my internet homepage and it said cannot connect to the internet. I later realised yeh it was OK just no Tiktok so I never did get to access those travel guides. I found their support staff a bit condescending treating me as if I was some kind of moron when its basically a technical issue with their product. My travel companion who got one on arrival at the airport had no issues with theirs so I wished Id just done that. I started thinking why am I getting stressed talking to some IT support person when Im on holiday. One of their suggestions was to break the SIM take photos request a refund. Basically i expected a 100% trouble free service and it wasnt so I dont recommend them but yeh the SIM was working just not for the main site I wanted to use while I was there.

Quick delivery and good responsiveness to the one question I asked pretrip. Followed easy instructions to set up Access Point Name on plane to Japan and the card worked perfectly as soon as we landed and throughout holiday. Others I travelled with had limits on their data and were rationing use, but I was fine. Would definitely use again.

I used this unlimited e sim card in japan while stayed in Tokyo and traveled rural area. tbh, this is the best sim card I have ever used. No interruption even in the busy Tokyo, connection was smoothly and strong. Highly recommended.
