DPD messed up the delivery and Andrew stepped in and got another delivery organised. Great food and I’m glad Andrew was able to help. The business clearly cares about its customers.

I have tried a few of the other meal prep services and I think this one is my preferred choice. The portions are just as good or better than any other and they are also the most cost effective for me.

The meals I have had arguably taste much better too. I would definitely recommend at least giving it a try.

Ordered for the first time, the delivery was on time as scheduled quick and easy to use the website to place an order. When the food arrived there were a few meals with the plastic damaged that had leaked out so had to throw them away. The meals themselves all the ones I’ve had so far have been full of flavour and good portion sizes. They have a great range to choose from and so good for convenience knowing they are healthy when you’re on the go. I would recommend I just think they need some stronger packaging. Thankyou

Very tasty and healthy options. I work from home regularly and this takes all the hassle out of daily lunch. Delivered each Sunday, I have a week’s worth of pre-prepared healthy meals which I pick off one by one each day. I actually look forward to meal time! Would recommend.

Hands down the best around and I sure have tried a few.
Shopping and meal prepping at home is a thing of the past, one thing i will not go back to.
Time is saved, no shopping, no cooking, no weighing as it is all done for me with Prep By Gainz. Convenience is key.

The variety to chose from is incredible enabling me to change meals on a weekly basis based on what I want.

Website and ordering is really easy, the menu is really extensive and so far I have really enjoyed the majority of items that I chose. Easy to use. Good price. Great meals. A few rare occasions where food container packaging was damaged and the app could be improved but overall very happy.

Been using Prep for a few months now and each meal is delicious and the variety is great. I change my menu up every 2 weeks to keep it interesting and never had a bad meal yet I highly recommend them. 3 min in the Microwave and the prep box lasts me 6-7 days so its perfect for a busy Dad.

We’ve been getting prep by gainz about a month or two now after trying a few meal prep companies. They are by far the tastiest meals we’ve had of the companies we’ve tried (my fave is the meatballs).

Recently I had a question about our delivery schedule and Andrew responded to me immediately on a Sunday and got it all resolved by the Monday morning.
