Subscription system sucks
In general, the idea behind the app is cool, but I cannot understand the subscription system. I'm charged every month even when I cancel or reschedule a lesson - so I effectively lose money.

In the first moment I'd like say that Preply is 100% good. Here, the problem is why the rude tutor Malaiqa. from Pakistan is on the platform?
I had a lesson with an english tutor from Pakistan called Malaiqa, she cames across as very arrogant and rude, with a harsh manner. She doesn’t communicate like a tutor with students, and I know, I'm sure, this not reflects Pakistan culture. She treat a student like a animal and she shouldn’t be on the platform; she doesn’t have the qualities of a teacher, but rather those of a dictator.
And more, she quited in the middle of class when I say "are you ok?", and after it, she blocked me on preply to rate her and prevent other students.
