just like to publicly thank Preppers paradise for sorting out the mix up with regards to my subscription box for April. Id just like to add that the problems were due to outside couriers ( not mentioning any names but its got 2 Ds and a P in the name ) and not down to Preppers Paradise.
Even after choosing to keep the wrong item ( the cost of my subscription box itself ) PP sent me a couple of other items to make up my subscription.
If thats not excellent service then I dont know what is.
I stand by my word and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality kit and rations with excellent customer service.
Veteran owned friendly company.
I'm not affiliate d to them in anyway just a satisfied customer willing to pass on my recommendations to others 👍👍

Really happy with the box I received…
Really happy with the box I received not necessarily items I would have bought but I definitely see their use and how handy they are so yeah looking forward to the next one now. Also came quite quickly which was great.

All the nutritional values are displayed on the individual product page and on the packaging of the product itself as per EU requirements. The industry standard for freeze dried meals is to add boiling water and this is displayed on the product packaging but we can of course make sure this instruction is more prominent on our website, thank you for bringing this to our attention.
