Warning — PrepVia has terrible response times and ghosted me during onboarding

I reached out to PrepVia to start the onboarding process as an Amazon FBA seller. Response times were extremely slow from the beginning, and after a few exchanges, they simply stopped replying altogether. I never received the onboarding interview or any follow-up to move forward. No explanation, no apology — just silence.
If you're looking for a prep center that's responsive and professional, I'd look elsewhere. I can't recommend PrepVia based on this experience.
