Honestly don’t recommend
Totally disappointed, not even 2 hours in and half of my nails are starting to fall/unstick, one already has fallen off and i have put it back on. Delivery was ok, everything came well packaged, although one of the sets I bought the hearts on several nails were like slightly “scratched” off. I am not only disappointed by the nails, but also by me for spending 45€ on this just because they looked good on the website.
Also, and this might be something that they say on the website and o might have just overlooked it, but they could say how long the nails are, like i thought the ones i have right now would be like between small and medium but they are longer than i expected and it’s quite difficult to do stuff with them on, even writing this review is taking so long to write because I keep mis-clicking snd writing mistakes.

I got scammed my second time ordering
I got scammed my second time ordering. I placed an order 6th august 2025. The site said the order was delivered the 19th august, yet I never received the package. I tried contacting their customer service email and instagram multiple times, I was completely ignored and ghosted. No replies at all.
I’m very disappointed as the first order went well. You can’t just ignore your customers the moment something goes wrong, it’s very unprofessional.
I highly don’t recommend buying from here.
I hope this message will finally make them stop ignoring me 😒

Never receivers my order
I made a pretty big order earlier this year and I NEVER received it. I sent several emails to customer service and never got an answer, instead only receiving publicity emails. So no, I’m not too happy about loosing 60.- down the drain.

Really great nails and good quality
Really great nails and good quality, I recommend!
Good packaging and products* exactly as pictured
The delivery process was a bit long or rather I thought so because I wasn’t getting updated on if and when the package had been shipped, if it was in transit, if it would be delivered to my house soon (although the fault probably lies elsewhere and not on the boutique).
Regardless, the items arrived well packaged (there were three complete sets of nails utensils because I ordered three set of nails but a single one would have been more than enough) and the actual nails were pristine and identical to their photos.
In total, I have purchased 4 set of nails at two different times from this store and never got disappointed so I heartily recommend it.
