Had Prestige Lawns install artificial grass to my front and back gardens. The quote was comparable with others, but what decided me was that artificial lawns is their primary business and all their workers are employed, and not subcontractors. So 16th March Matt and Joe arrived after texting that they were on the way. They got on with digging out my old lawn. On day two, three installers arrived, and on day three, 5 workers arrived. The job was completed bang on the 3 day schedule, as promised. The quality of the installation is top notch, the installers were not happy, unless I was happy. I was kept informed throughout the whole process. Would I recommend Prestige Lawns ? Yes … in a heartbeat. You’re only going to do this once hopefully, so go with this company, you won’t regret it

I had several quotes for my new artificial lawn. Prestige stood out from our initial meeting with Kevin when he visited to survey and advise as to what was best for our needs. Install was arranged at a very convenient time.
On install day the two lads arrived earlier than expected and commenced immediately. Again everything was explained throughout. The end result was absolutely fantastic. Thanks to Matt and Rob

Was hoping to resolve this issue without having to turn to Trust Pilot but unfortunately my efforts haven’t worked out.

We had artificial turf fitted by Prestige in April 2024. We were happy with the turf and asked Prestige to come back to fit a washing pole spike. We were quoted for this and we booked in to have the work done. We purchased a brabantia rotary line with a metal spike, however Prestige insisted on using their own ‘universal’ spike and assured us it would fit well. We quickly noticed the pole didn’t sit straight, however initially thought it was a faulty Brabantia line so purchased another the same in the hope this would rectify it. It didn’t and we contacted Prestige recently to ask them to come and put this right. To be honest we probably would have contacted them sooner but we had a baby last year and as you can imagine it was a busy time. Autumn and winter came and we obviously didn’t use the pole for a while. It was only when we went to use it again this spring that we realised how slanted it was.

I contacted Siobhan who arranged for some workers to come and fix the issue. They were booked in and I took the afternoon off work to facilitate this. Nobody turned up when they were supposed to so I contacted Siobhan again and was promised they would come the following day. Two workmen turned up and surveyed the washing pole. They quickly pointed out the cement spike was straight but the pole didn’t fit adequately. I asked why the spike that was provided with the line hadn’t been used when we’d asked for it to be used and they commented saying they are told to use the universal ones as they are ‘much easier’ to fit. They contacted Siobhan to tell her the findings and I had a phone call with her shortly after. She accused me of lying to get work done even though I explained I’m no expert and had assumed the cementing must have been out or come away. Funnily enough she also said on the phone that the workmen aren’t allowed to use customers own spikes but later changed her mind and said of course they would use the customers ones if presented with them!? The workmen left after using a mallet to put a wooden wedge in to try and make good of the wonky pole. I’m now left with a washing pole I can’t remove and if I do it will be slanted once again. Siobhan later emailed to say I would have to pay an additional £280 to get the universal spike removed and my Brabantia spike fitted.

I’m pretty shocked and disappointed that after spending thousands of pounds having artificial turf laid and then paying to have a spike fitted which wasn’t of my choosing Prestige cannot see their error and come and rectify this.

I would be very wary of using them as they state they will come and fix issues but these are very to their choosing.

Again, I really didn’t want to have to resort to Trust Pilot and had hoped for a resolution but sadly this wasn’t the case.

After battling with our original, patchy grass for the past three years, we finally decided to have both our front and rear gardens re-turfed with artificial grass—and we’re so glad we chose Prestige Lawns for the job. Tommy and Sean carried out the installation, and their work was nothing short of fantastic. They were efficient, professional, and kept everything clean and tidy throughout the process. The transformation is incredible—our garden now looks beautiful, neat, and vibrant all year round. We got a quote for composite fencing and a garden gate. We have used Prestige lawns previously for our lawn and was happy to use this company again. From start to finish communication has been fantastic. Work commenced on time, the 2 gentleman worked very hard, making sure everything was perfect when completing the works. This was my second lawn area by the company. An expensive product but the results have been so good its worth every penny. The installers Lee and Tom were perfect. Worked like troopers, cleaned up and took all waste away. I had no negatives at all.

I Had some work performed in my garden by Prestige lawns and was very impressed with the company.
Both Martyn and The lads were extremely professional and courteous. Work was performed very quickly and at the highest standard, they cleaned up in the areas they worked in. Prices are reasonable and service is top notch. I would highly recommend to others.
