Earth Pan products are fab!
Purchased a set of Earth Pan saucepans (to match the set of frying pans bought a year ago). They are very well made, and the order arrived very quickly.
Love that they are made in Italy and that they are much safer for our health.

Smartplus pressure cooker safety valve replacement
One small safety valve component for my 'smartplus' pressure cooker took a long time to arrive.
Astonishingly, for a safety component there were no fitting instructions. The components diagram leaflet originally received with my pressure cooker was not illustrated clearly so I had to resort to scouting around on YouTube. No definitive video located but I managed to locate one relating to the unpacking of my model of pressure cooker and then using close- up and pausing the video that I was finally able to determine which way the valve actually fits ! What a palaver ! I don't expect this lack of oversight from an established company such as Prestige.

Timely delivery, quality products
Part delivered to Argos collection point in a timely and well packaged way (pressure cooker seal replacement). The pressure cooker I bought the part for is still going strong after years of use. Would buy again.

The price for the spare parts I needed was very reasonable and the delivery was quick. I dropped a star because they come with no instructions at all. I am always slightly nervous when using a pressure cooker; I would hate to have fitted a part incorrectly. In this day and age a short video showing how the parts fit is the least you should expect.
