All positive, except the unpleasant smell emiting from the silicone sealing gasket. It's a pity, otherwise it's perfect.

A slight smell from a new rubber gasket can be normal at first, as it’s made from food‑grade silicone and can retain manufacturing or packaging odours. Ordered 5.7l casserole pot as advertised but was sent 4.6l. No efforts by Prestige to resolve the matter, they tried charging postage to return the item. When challenged with consumer rights...

No customer service & unsafe product

am extremely disappointed with Prestige Cookware.

I contacted Prestige on 15/01/2026 regarding an order originally placed in October 2023 via Amazon. The non-stick coating on multiple saucepans has degraded and is flaking off into food, which is obviously a serious safety concern. I most recently noticed this while cooking a cheese sauce.

The pans have been used correctly throughout:
• Only silicone or wooden utensils
• Cleaned with soft sponges
• No misuse or harsh cleaning products

Amazon advised me to contact Prestige directly under their 5-year warranty.

Since contacting Prestige:
• My WhatsApp message has been completely ignored
• Phone lines appear to be switched off
• Comments I left on social media asking for help have been deleted

I have made multiple reasonable attempts to resolve this and have received no response whatsoever. Deleting customer comments instead of addressing legitimate safety concerns is extremely concerning.

I would not recommend this brand based on both product quality and complete lack of customer support

Bad company

Bad company. I was sent damaged goods, company phone number no longer works, the company ignores emails and messages, no one contacts you. Happy to take your money but customer service is non existent.

All good, had a few in the past, had to purchase another as could not source a replacement weight, as it had been dropped and broken..
Bad design to be made in plastic, just shattered on floor, was not happy. .

The handle for my pressure cooker…

The handle for my pressure cooker arrived promptly but was broken. The jiffy bag containing the handle was not padded enough to protect the handle. I had also asked for instructions to fit the hold down strip but these were not supplied.
I have e mailed the company along with photos but have not yet had a resolution.
