Brilliant Villa….great location in Coral Bay….and facilities were 10 out of 10.….Everything worked beautifully and we had exceptional service from Prestige Bookings….have already booked again for 2025 :)

We stayed in villa andrea for the October week this year .it was amazing one of the biggest villas we stayed in stunning gardens with fruit trees very big kitchen. Games room pool bbq area for any big family's this is a villa for you there was 11 in total 7 adults and 4 kids we even had 1 full room left over .prestige do an amazing job start to finish very friendly and welcoming. Any problems at all they help .the villa in a 4min car drive to the beach the small strip with shops restaurants bars ect witch is perfect for us as we don't like to be in a lively place we like our sleep .would definitely recommend this team and will definitely use again thanks so much to Arthur and the team

Our family of six stayed in Villa Bella Katerine during Sep/Oct. This was our second visit to accommodation by Prestige Bookings, I hope that we can return again next year. We had an excellent two-week holiday. We were made welcome with an initial tour of the villa including the use of fixtures, fittings and appliances etc. The villa has two internal seating areas and ample space outside to congregate as a group or find your own space if that is what you want to do. The location is in a relatively quiet area and a short drive away from the shops and entertainment venues that we used, I would recommend use of a hire car. There were three short electrical power cuts during our stay which caused some problems, but Gerry and his team were on the case in double quick time to ensure things were sorted and made a welcome follow up visit the next day to confirm things were all ok. I would return and stay there again as a large group, or one of Prestige Bookings smaller places in a smaller group.

We have just returned from a week's trip to Paphos where we stayed in one of Gerry's fabulous villas. The 3-bed home with a swimming pool, 3 baths, a pool table and a huge living area was more than we needed but much enjoyed. Everything from communication to help and advice was 5 star, and we couldn't rate the service, location or standard of the villa any higher. We loved our stay, its value for money and we will definitely be back. Laura

And as usual Gerry and his team were very helpful and informative throughout the holiday the villa was exactly as described in a quiet area but close enough to all amenities our party had a wonderful relaxing time there.

The two villas were beautiful. Very clean Very spacious. Highly recommend.

We have been visiting Cyprus for our summer holiday for 14 years now often with family, but this year on our own. We have rented villas from several organisations operating in the Coral Bay area but Prestige Bookings is by far the most efficient. Nothing is too much trouble for Gerry, Angela and Arthur and they make us feel very welcome. We stayed at Eframia Ena this year which was a delightful villa not too huge for two, but it would ideally suit six people. It is spacious, airy, clean and well appointed, with beautiful views. Eframia Dyo is next door, a mirror image and although there were people occupying it, there was no problem with privacy or noise.
We were reluctant to go home and could easily have stayed much longer than the 10 days we booked.

They offer an amazing selection of top quality villas which are always exceptional clean and contain everything you need to make them feel like home. They are also very happy to sort out car hire to cover your stay. If you have questions or should you need anything from them they respond very quickly and efficiently. Following another fantastic stay in 2024 we can’t wait to return in 2025. We are all so excited and know the team will ensure we have another stress free relaxing break.

It was great that we were met on arrival to go through the villa, and then to see us out when we left. When we had a problem with the air conditioning, it was dealt with immediately which we really appreciated.

Just returned from 10 days in Coral Bay amazing treatment by Jerry, Arthur and the team. Friendly helpful nothing was too much thank you once again for looking after our religious requirements over the sabbath.

Gerry and Arthur and all at Prestige went out of their way to ensure we had the most relaxing experience, from being very easy with date changes, to helping with car rental. The villa was spotlessly clean, they were on hand when we needed to advise and help. additionally they were SUPER helpful with all our religious requirements. we will definitely use again and recommend

We had an amazing stay for 2 weeks at Villa Bella Katerina. Gerry and the team did a good job with the villa which had plenty of space, a great pool and BBQ area. The villa is in a quiet location, with privacy but just a 5 min drive from Coral Bay High Street. On the balcony off the 1st floor bedrooms, we had amazing sea views and the sunsets were fantastic.
To note the main living area downstairs does not have air conditioning, which was a shame, especially in August.
Overall a great stay, Villa was clean, well presented and we had a fantastic holiday.

Magnificent villa we had the pleasure spending 10 days at - four adults and 3 children. The villa was well equipped, spacious and had lots of entertainment options. The pool was the perfect size.
The hosts were fantastic and when there was an issue with one of the aircon units, they were there the same day and fixed it.
Prestige organised everything from the Airport transfers to even sending back my lost watch!
Would definitely recommend.

We reserved 2 x identical villas Eframia Ena and Eframia Dyo, which are adjacent to each other - together Eframia Combination. The villas are also on a private road, meaning no passing traffic.
These are the best villas that we have used within Cyprus. The management company were also the best hosts from all of our previous stays.
The villas are set on a hillside, no more than 5 minute slow drive from the Coral Bay strip and Pegia village.
Prestige arranged airport transfers, which meant we were take directly to the villa and was met by one of the management team, Arthur.
He showed us around one of the villas, told us all the do's and don't. He said the second villa, connected across the pool deck, was identical - and it was.
The rooms are large, and the outdoor space is massive for each villa, but also private.
The air-conditioning is the most efficient I've used - you can become very cold.
Cyprus normally suffers from ants/cockraoches in the kitchen area/cupboards. This was not the case after a quick spray of the insecticide - but clean up and there won't be a problem.
There were a couple of minor issues which were handled immediately by the team.
Internet/Wifi is great and no connectivity issues, even outside.
There is a burglar alarm.
Pools were cleaned twice (on Saturdays)
Gardens are cleaned weekly (Wednesday)
We also have unexpected mid-stay cleaning and linen.

The only negative is that there are no free tv channels, unlike any other villa.
Whilst they are set up with an IPTV box and service, you have to pay for it.

The only other surprise was that we ordered a welcome pack. But we only had one welcome pack for one villa - apparently booking two villas as one package, means only one booking - unfortunate, but Phillipos supermarket is only 3 minutes away.

On leaving, Prestige sent someone to take out keys from us, and check we had no issues.
This is a much better approach than having to use key boxes - the personal touch is re-assuring.

If we do return to Coral Bay, these villas will be the first option - absolutely brilliant

We have just returned from our 5th visit to Avyana, it was a special family holiday with all our kids and their partners, plus my mum and dad. What amazing memories we made in this wonderful villa where everyone can be together, or just have their own space. Some of the group had not stayed at Avyana before, needless to say they cannot wait to return in 2025. Everything as always was just perfect thanks to Gerry and his team
