We reserved 2 x identical villas Eframia Ena and Eframia Dyo, which are adjacent to each other - together Eframia Combination. The villas are also on a private road, meaning no passing traffic.
These are the best villas that we have used within Cyprus. The management company were also the best hosts from all of our previous stays.
The villas are set on a hillside, no more than 5 minute slow drive from the Coral Bay strip and Pegia village.
Prestige arranged airport transfers, which meant we were take directly to the villa and was met by one of the management team, Arthur.
He showed us around one of the villas, told us all the do's and don't. He said the second villa, connected across the pool deck, was identical - and it was.
The rooms are large, and the outdoor space is massive for each villa, but also private.
The air-conditioning is the most efficient I've used - you can become very cold.
Cyprus normally suffers from ants/cockraoches in the kitchen area/cupboards. This was not the case after a quick spray of the insecticide - but clean up and there won't be a problem.
There were a couple of minor issues which were handled immediately by the team.
Internet/Wifi is great and no connectivity issues, even outside.
There is a burglar alarm.
Pools were cleaned twice (on Saturdays)
Gardens are cleaned weekly (Wednesday)
We also have unexpected mid-stay cleaning and linen.

The only negative is that there are no free tv channels, unlike any other villa.
Whilst they are set up with an IPTV box and service, you have to pay for it.

The only other surprise was that we ordered a welcome pack. But we only had one welcome pack for one villa - apparently booking two villas as one package, means only one booking - unfortunate, but Phillipos supermarket is only 3 minutes away.

On leaving, Prestige sent someone to take out keys from us, and check we had no issues.
This is a much better approach than having to use key boxes - the personal touch is re-assuring.

If we do return to Coral Bay, these villas will be the first option - absolutely brilliant

We have just returned from our 5th visit to Avyana, it was a special family holiday with all our kids and their partners, plus my mum and dad. What amazing memories we made in this wonderful villa where everyone can be together, or just have their own space. Some of the group had not stayed at Avyana before, needless to say they cannot wait to return in 2025. Everything as always was just perfect thanks to Gerry and his team

Amazing 5-bedroom villa in the heart of Coral bay with a stunning view. Magnificent sunsets, long talks with friends on the terrace with a glass of wine, sunbathing at the swimming pool and enjoying different types of activities such as billiards, ping-pong and cinema. Highly recommend this place and a hosting company!

The villa is in a nice residential area of Peyia with lovely sea views beyond the vineyard below. Inside the villa is spacious and well equipped, the beds were very comfortable with good quality linen. The outside again is open and spacious with a great bbq area. A car is usefull but not essential as there is a local bus that passes nearby that takes you to the village or the beach and Coral Bay. Prestige staff were on hand to resolve any issues we had. We were there for two weeks and had a mid holiday clean, we were asked to stay out the villa while this was done, which I thought was strange, however they did a brilliant thorough job so now I understand why. Note that there was no IPTV (due to brexit) you need to have accounts for netflix etc or a firestick which we had. I would recommend taking the full aircon package, we thought as we were only using one room for the full fortnight, we would be able to use the living room aircon but that wasn't the case, as they explained the living area was by far the most expensive to run. (This was resolved to our satisfaction the 2nd week). We will hopefully be back soon and would highly recommend to others

Absolutely amazing few days spent at Villa Avyana in Coral Bay , photos do not do this spectacular villa justice! The facilities this villa offers are superb and there is something to keep all the family occupied. Great selection of restaurants just a stones throw from the villa. I already miss my morning coffee and look forward to returning one day in the future.

They welcomed us there with an agent to tour us the house and drive us there . Explain some important functionalities tonus regarding the house ! The house was awesome and very clean ! And for a very good price as well !

This is our 3rd visit to Villa Avyana now and it still amazes us with it amazing facilities and fantastic views. Gerry and his team are also amazing with a personal greeting on the evening we arrived and to check with us that all was ok with our stay on our day of departure. I new we would be looked after by Prestige Bookings and will always use them for our future bookings.

we had an amazing 10 night stay in Villa Andrea. Tonnes of space inside for 8 adults, 2 children and an infant. Outside space was fantastic and the shaded seating area was especially welcome in the afternoon heat. Villa was spotless and honestly don't have one complaint about anything. Location is a 10 minute drive from the Coral Bay strip and Phillipos supermarket which is the best supermarket i have ever come across on any holiday. There's nothing they don't stock and prices are pretty reasonable. I would say a car is essential for getting around locally as pavements are non existent on most roads. Gerry and his team are fantastic and were always on hand during our stay. Would 100% recommend this property.

Yet again a wonderful holiday experience with Prestige Bookings on this occasion based from Villa Eframia Dyo. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac with fabulous sea views, the villa itself is located centrally and ideal for accessing the recently extended excellent local amenities. The villa is both spacious and very well equipped to a high standard. Outside space including lovely pool and games facilities make this an ideal holiday villa. Gerry, Angela and Arthur are dedicated to providing a wonderful holiday experience which is second to none. Look forward to returning hopefully later in the year. Donald and Mary.

Super Villas, recommended!
We booked 2 villas from Prestige bookings Aretousa Ena and Dyo. Villas were clean and tidy. Everything what you need is there for a great holiday. There were big rooms, very comfortable beds and separate towels for the pool and bathroom. There was a gorgeous view of the sea and the town from villa Ena. Great location.
The Hosts (Gerry and Arthur) were very friendly and helpful, great customer service, I highly recommend to use their app for local restaurants, sightseeings ect.
Arthur was really nice and caring and gave us a duvet as there wasn’t any in the villa but again the conditioner helps to heat up the room.
In attention to those who are worried about the deposit, there were no problems and it was returned within a week. My family and I loved our time there and we recommend staying here.

Perfect place. I everything was well organised and the team explained how the system works. The villa was amazing.

We have been visiting Prestige Booking run villas in Cyprus for over five years now, often more than once a year and have never had an issue.

The villas are always well presented, very clean and with a range of additional items, often including pool table, table football and hot tub.

They are always well located and all those that we have stayed at have been within easy access of shops and restaurants.

The team are friendly, professional and go above and beyond to help.

Gerry, Arthur and the team at Prestige Bookings were fantastic. We were upgraded to the Aretousa Dyo villa in Peyia, All I can say is. Wow. An absolutely beautiful villa. Complete with everything we could have asked for. The area was quiet and clean, The facilities in the Villa were second to none. The friendly service from Arthur was the cherry on top. They couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Anything we needed they sorted. I couldn't recommend this villa and Prestige bookings highly enough. Cyprus is a beautiful country. I urge anyone to go out and visit. I guarantee you'll have a great time. We definitely did and we will definitely be back.

Absolutely wonderful Villa with the loveliest people. The villa had everything we needed and so much space. Arthur was so responsive and it was lovely that the business owner came to say hello and make sure we were all happy. We’re planning our next trip back already and we’re very sad to be home. I would recommended 100%.

Just an amazing Villa. Clean, quiet place, short drive from supermarket, restaurants and the beach. Stunning view and vacation atmosphere. Excellent and reliable service for everything you need. High recommended!
