I bought a lovely car from Ross in December 2020 and he quickly sorted a couple of teething issues without any fuss or inconvenience to me. So when I decided to sell it, I contacted him for first refusal. Ross paid me what I wanted and collected it a couple of days later. If only all car buying and selling experiences were as good as this. 👍

If you had a picture of how you’d want a business to treat you as a customer in an ideal world, then Ross and his team have nailed it. Professional, honest, straightforward, prompt, direct, fair and a thoroughly decent bloke. The truth is that Ross doesn’t really need to sell his cars, they sell themselves. If you’re looking for a top end car that’s been chosen for sale because someone just loves the car and it has a good history, then I wouldn’t buy from anyone else. Genuinely.

I just sold my Audi A4. I dealt with Chris. The experience was efficient and easy. Despite healthy scepticism on my part, and poor experiences dealing with others in the industry, Chris was professional and stuck by his estimate. He was upfront as to the types of considerations which had the potential to impact price, and following inspection by a mechanic, did not seek to alter the price at all (which was meaningfully higher then the low ball quotes provided by some competitors).
