Really pleased. Ross was super helpful and accomodating of us. Large outright purchase, so I had quite a few questions and obviously wanted to make sure I got everything right, but Ross and PCA were always friendly and helpful to deal with. Made the purchase a nice experience and I left with the confidence we had a good car, and the peace of mind of the extended warranty we purchased, arranged by Ross, also helped us with that. The part exchange process was also simple and fair. Thank you!

We were contacted by Prestige, offered a reasonable price for our vehicle, it was collected the next morning, at the agreed price. Everything was taken care of, besides supplying our details there wasn’t anything else for us to do, it was all handled by Prestige. Great service.

This was the first time we had sold a car privately for many years so was a little nervous about the process. Danny from sales drove a hard deal but we felt fair on reflection. References from Trustpilot were sent and after reviewing their website we felt confident about giving bank details. £1 was deposited into our account which made the final payment process smooth. Within 2 hours Ross and his son had arrived and checked the car. He was happy and deposited the full amount into our bank account. Once the balance in the account had been checked we signed and handed over the keys.

Danny contacted me about my car and was always polite and easy to talk to/messages were quickly answered - when he came to view the car it was easy - a very pleasant transaction - they did all the paperwork on change of ownership very quickly, and i had my cash in my bank straight away - thanks guys I will recommend you to friends

Despite the present fuel shortage Danny kept us informed, and was as good as his promise to visit us as soon as fuel was available!
Despite an unavoidable fault with the car, a fair price was agreed and a smooth transaction took place. Ross completing all of the paperwork very quickly.

I found the conduct of the entire team at TT Sports & Prestige to be highly efficient, professional and friendly throughout my experience.

I arranged a viewing of one of their vehicles at their showroom. I never felt any pressure to buy at any time. I was allowed to thoroughly inspect the vehicle in peace and quiet and in my own time. I always felt able to ask any question, no matter how obvious the answers to some of those questions must have seemed to them! And I always felt that their responses were fair and honest.

The car I was interested in was simply superb. I had searched main dealerships for the same vehicle, without success. I have never dealt with an independent before. But TT Sports & Prestige’s professionalism and knowledge of their stock assured me that quality vehicles and superb customer service clearly lie at the heart of their core values. So, I bought it!
