Prestige dealt with my query in a timely fashion. They always got back to me and accommodated my requests. Work was completed within the specified time with friendly and efficient workmen.

The surveyor was both knowledgeable, informative and helpful with regard to the extent of the problem and means of resolution. His manner and thorough approach immediately inspired confidence. I would happily recommend this company.

Patrick came to my home to survey the damp & mould concerns we had. From enquiry, his response time was very quick and was able to come see us within the week.

He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. More than anything else, Patrick showed integrity by offering us advice on some practical changes we can make in the home to help with the moisture, as opposed to try and upsell us a solution we may not need. After a few weeks of following Patrick's advice, we have seen improvements, proving to us he knows what he is doing!

Would have no problem recommending Patrick and Prestige to anyone. 👍

I would like to thank Patrick and is team ( Stuart and Andrew) who went above and beyond to do a great job of damp proofing the kitchen and also re- rending the kitchen extension and finishing off with the french drainage around the kitchen.

The work was carried out to a very high standard, I was kept informed on a daily basic of what would be happening, Stuart and Andrew were always on time and cleared away the mess each day.

Prestige Damp Proofing Solutions provided an excellent service for an interior wall I had damp issues with. Patrick attended to survey the work and provided a detailed breakdown of the work and time needed. He also identified the cause of the damp so I could arrange for that work to be done alongside his. Natasha was very polite, informative and kept me up to date of all developments ahead of the work being carried out. Both Andrew and Patrick carried out their work professionally, thoroughly and with clear expert knowledge in their field. They were also very tidy and kept all dust etc. to a minimum. I also received a guarantee certificate for all work completed with gave me added reassurance. I would highly recommend Patrick and his team at Prestige for any damp proofing work you may need doing.

Patrick is thorough and keeps you fully up to date at each stage, prior to commencing work he highlighted a couple of options and again kept us fully up to date throughout.
