So far I've not had 1 call answered

So far I've not had 1 call answered. Called 3 days in a row and left contact details for a call back twice.
Had 1 response to my emails which did not answer all of my questions, of which i have sent 3. I wont be using them for my order and will be going elsewhere.

" our sales advisors have over 10 years expertise and are poised to guide you though the order process."

So far not even a phone call back let alone any guidance.

No refund after they didnt have the stock

Ordered a sideboard that they said they had stock of. The took £1300 from my account but contacted me the next day to say they didnt actually have the item in stock and would be months before restocking, asked would i like to wait or a refund.
I requested a refund. After 10 days, still no refund, so i sent an email asking for an update. No reply
Annoying that they advertised they had stock and didnt. But totally unacceptable to take this amount of money for nearly 2 weeks.

We’re very sorry for the frustration caused here and understand why this situation was disappointing.

Shortly after your order was placed we contacted you to advise that the item had unfortunately just gone out of stock due to fluctuating inventory. At that point we offered the options to wait for restocking, choose an alternative item, or receive a full refund.

You chose a refund, which we processed immediately and issued a receipt for. Unfortunately, the refund did not initially complete due to a technical issue with the payment merchant. As soon as we became aware of this, we raised the case with them, they investigate and the refund was then processed.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while this was resolved.

Thank you Prestige French Furniture for my order. It was a pleasure to deal with you and in particular, with Jeremy. Jeremy went above and beyond organising my new dining chairs, he made the process seamless from start to finish. I am in love with my dining set, and will definitely be back for more soon!
