I've been living with my sister for many years. However, my application was refused quoting "multi-let type tenancy", although this is absolutely not the case. It is just the two of us. We don't live in a shared house, we live together. She is my sister.

I want to add that I've seen a few properties already, and contacted multiple agencies, and it is the first time I hear this. It is illegal to discriminate against a tenant based on their family status, gender, race, religion, or other protected characteristics.

Me and my partner have recently went through the process of getting our first property and Prestige Estates were nothing but helpful, offered plenty of support and pointed us in the right direction for everything we needed, would definitely recommend!

My husband and I were both new to the UK as we came here as teachers from Jamaica and was in need of an apartment ASAP. Myself and my partner moved into our first home at the beginning of April 2024 and (like most first-time renters) found the whole process very daunting! However, from beginning to end all my worries soon disappeared. Prestige have gone above and beyond all processes, and continue to do so.
Sorting the official stuff was broken down into easy stress-free steps for us, and any concerns were addressed through just a phone call or email, of which every member of the team have been more than accommodating (and patient with my new-to adulting self!)
Once we had decided on our home, Prestige moved quickly for us to make sure everything was finalised without delay. The entire process was seamless.
Since moving, Prestige's Repair team have been more than willing to assist me with any issues as well as chasing up third-party contractors/providers.
By the same token, I feel more than at home without feeling bombarded with messages or spam. If there is a message I want to pass on to the Repairs team or landlord, Prestige are more than happy to assist me. Otherwise, I am left to my own devices to enjoy my new home!! We are living in absolute bliss and it is all because of Prestige's Team. I cannot thank them enough.
