We are also disappointed because upon completion of your move we were of the impression the move was a successful one as the following feedback was provided to our team via our paper based Customer Feedback Form - "The team were absolutely fantastic. Careful, Polite & Very Professional" as well as receiving an overall 5 star rating for the service received.
Receipts are issued by our Accounts Department via email from the office upon completion of each and every job once clear funds of payment are received. We trust a receipt would have been received, however if not please do let us know and we will happily reissue.

Absolutely fantastic service by the 2 …
Absolutely fantastic service by the 2 guys that loaded all our house they did not leave an inch of wasted space. Stored it for a few days and once again on delivery 2 different guys unloaded without hassle made sure they put everything in the specific areas I had labelled they did not make any fuss.
Well trained hard workers on time and well mannered A1 service.

They broke half my things
They broke half my things, didn't put my furniture together properly, which in turn then broke! One of them pooed in my toilet while I stood there waiting for him for 10 mins! Then they charged me $600!!!! Not impressed!!
