This company won't respond to complaints
This company did some mono blocking work at the top of our driveway about a year ago , August 2024 . In July 2025, we noticed a couple of the blocks surfaces had broken up, and on closer inspection there are quite a few more damaged blocks .My husband phoned Jim T on the Lanarkshire number and he said he would come out to inspect them...he never turned up. He has ignored recorded letters, emails and messages. He will not even tell us who manufactured the blocks he used so we could contact them ourselves . We were just about to start a small claims action when we remembered we had legal protection on our house insurance so we contacted them for advice. They decided to pay for the complete replacement of his work as the cost to them for paying a lawyer to take this to court was not cost effective. If they had not taken this up we would have continued with court action ourselves . They says their work is guaranteed...Beware !!! (I have plenty of pictures of the damaged blocks but cant add them to the review)
