Immediately on entrance to reception I was made to feel comfortable in an informal way. Then on speaking to Rod regarding my problem wheels it gave me confidence to have all my wheels repaired. Then on completion of the work on my wheels on my return I was asked if I had checked the work carried out and was everything okay?
