Excellent service all round! Called in without an appointment with a challenging task from a financial viability and technical angle. Was well looked after and the folks there found a solution that I’m over the moon with! Turnaround was also very fast. Highly recommend!

Friendly and informative staff that did a lovely job.

Used Prestige twice and had issues both times, however its the attitude of the Manager at their Stockport branch - Will - thats meant I wont be going back. Although Prestige refurbed my wheel in the wrong colour (!!), I received no apology from Will and instead was essentially told it was my own fault as I’d asked it would be possible to collect the car 2 hours earlier that originally arranged (I’d dropped the car off the previous morning). I was also accused of 'kicking off' when I pointed out the issues and explained how unhappy I was. To add insult to injury, my car was filthy upon collection and the wheel / tyre that had been refurbed was basically flat as they’d not put enough air back in the tyre. All in all an absolutely terrible experience from a 'manager' that has a lot to learn about customer service - which is a shame as the wider team has some great people in it.

Had my wheel done this morning (20/6/25) by John who did a great job, wheels look like new!.. Also really nice guy, pleasure to do business with!

An absolute seamless experience with prestige!
Jenny helped us get all booked in, set the expectations of having the vehicle overnight and what the process entailed.
She dealt with both my husband and I and was so friendly. In fact every member of staff I encountered were all so tentative and a delight.
We were having them change the tyres for us as part of the work and when I turned up to drop the tyres off beforehand a member of staff rushed over to help me get them out of my car.
Not a bad word to say and to top it off the wheels look smashing and by just changing the colour saved us literally a couple of thousand pounds instead of a replacement set.

My first experience using Prestige Wheels has been a very positive one! Communication was excellent throughout, as was timing and quality of workmanship.
Adam arrived as planned, to carry out a mobile repair on my (kerbed) powder coated grey alloy. He was friendly, professional and took great care getting a really good match!
Initially I was bothered about paying up front, but I really needn't have worried. I would definitely use this company again and have no qualms recommending them.

Prestige Wheels have carried out a couple of repairs for me - always do a 1st class job, the wheels are black gloss alloys and look as good as new once repaired and repainted. The operatives are on time, knowledgeable & helpful, I would recommend them for mobile repairs.

Really helpful staff when I arrived with my vehicle. Gave good instructions for me getting a bus home. Super job all round.

a very polite chap from Liverpool came to fix my nearside front wheel and did a very good job, the chap came from Prestige Wheels at Stockport I recommend this company they will do you a first class job in a very short time at a very good price I was very happy with. if needs be I will call them again. Prestige did an excellent job on my Toyota Auris wheel. Reasonable price, very quick turnaround and delighted with the finish. Pleasant and professional staff.

Efficient service at a very good standard

I couldn’t fault them. I turned up without an appointment, and they managed to repair my wheel the same day. They kept me updated throughout, and I can honestly say it’s the easiest experience I’ve had. The repair was completed to a high standard and is absolutely flawless.

From entering the premises the staff attended to me straight away,explained everything that would be happening to my repairs to my alloy wheels,contacted me as agreed to let me know that the car was ready for collection 48 hours later, highly recommend this company as I have used them in the past.
