Went to Preston’s kitchens in Leeds and from doing the design to measuring the room to getting a quote was a quick and easy process all the staff were really helpful and the fitters I can safely say were the best in the country , I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to getting a new kitchen fitted

I can honestly say that dealing with Prestons has been smooth from start to finish. Everything from choosing, to design, to delivery has been great. Kept well informed along the way. The kitchen is great, we love it. Can't thank Matt and his team enough for everything. Keep up the goods work guys.

We built an extension and gave Preston’s (along with other kitchen providers) our plans and they came up with the best design by far. The entire process from design to installation was seamless and nothing was too much trouble for Matt and the team. We then wanted a bar area and went back to Preston’s and again their design was great as was everything else that followed. Everything looks great, works perfectly and exceeded our expectations.

Our kitchen installation came at the end of a large build project at time of stress and decision fatigue!
We found all the staff at Prestons to be experienced and knowledgeable, very professional, helpful and above all patient throughout our journey.
Over several appointments, the design team worked with us, helping us every step of the way to achieve an end result that was designed well, of an excellent quality and fitted to a very high standard and what we wanted. They were always available to answer questions and respond to emails time efficiently, before during and after the installation making the whole process seamless. It was pleasing to see the kitchen fall comfortably within our budget and though the products were all high end, they were highly competitive in price even to many well known trade supplier kitchen companies. We would confidently recommend.

Highly recommend using this company for your new kitchen. We used the branch based in Preston.
From design consultation to fitting, couldn’t fault them.
We needed a design that wasn’t off the peg to be able maximise storage space. Dal listened to our needs and came up with a design which has transformed our kitchen.
We ran into a problem with the Quartz splash back, which needed to be remade but this was dealt with promptly and efficiently.
The fitter and designer worked hard to get everything fitted to a very high standard.
They were friendly and professional and always went above and beyond to ensure we were happy throughout the process.
The kitchen quality cannot be faulted.
A bit more expensive than Howdens etc but quality and design services more than pays for itself.

Having a new kitchen was something we had decided was definitely overdue. Deciding what to have and who to provide it was more difficult. We decided to try Prestons having been impressed by their showroom and from our first appointment have been delighted by the quality of both the product and customer service. Chris has always offered very professional advice in a friendly and approachable manner which has made the whole process much less stressful. Marc and his team who fitted the kitchen were a pleasure to have in our house and worked to the highest standards. The end result is a kitchen that we couldn’t be more pleased with and gladly recommend Prestons for their excellent and competively priced service.

Luxury kitchen at a competitive price. I was impressed by the range of options available, the quality of the kitchens, and the advice and care that Chris at Prestons provided. The materials used are great quality, well-crafted, and provide ample storage while maintaining a sleek, modern look.

What truly sets this Prestons kitchens apart is the attention to detail. Every element, from the hardware to the lighting, has been thoughtfully selected to create a cohesive and inviting atmosphere. The installation process was smooth and professional, with a good level of communication. We were on holiday while the kitchen was being fitted which wasn't an issue as we had full trust in the team in our absence.

From the beginning of the process, Prestons were superb. A really interactive and thought provoking design process, helped us find the perfect solution to our requirements.
The comms were excellent throughout and the fitting was incredibly efficient and precise.

We only popped in to see what we couldn't afford. After having a design meeting at Wickes, and B&Q. We also checked out Wren and DIY kitchens, Howdens etc... But the designs were uninspiring, and it seemed pointless to spend money to just upgrade what we had without making more of the space. Also at this point we had no idea how much better the quality of a Prestons kitchen was.

So yes, we just walked into see what it might be like if we could afford something like the showroom displays... We ended up loving the design they gave us. It helped us think completely differently about the space we had. The customer service was brilliant, and the kitchen is SOO nice compared to anything we were looking at elsewhere.

The kitchen cost was similar to where we had looked previously, but much higher quality, and the team at Prestons did everything they could to fit our budget.
Honestly we're soo happy with the whole experience.

The kitchen was delivered without missing anything, and all measured for our space. I can't stress how good Prestons and their Kitchens are.

Were so happy with our Preston’s kitchen and the quality of the products for the price paid – they’re great value for money for the finish you get and I would (and have!) recommend to anyone looking for a new kitchen.
 
The first design created wasn’t for us however, we can’t fault how accommodating the Leeds team were making changes until we achieved what we needed.
 
Oliver and the fitters were fabulous and I’m so glad we chose to go with them to get the kitchen fitted. So diligent and even though a couple of the units arrived slightly damaged, replacing them was no problem at all.
 
Also worth a call out is the Aftercare who we didn’t meet in person. Nothing has been too much trouble and both Charlie and Jordan have been so helpful, professional and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for more.

We put off having a new kitchen for 4 years as we dreaded the disruption but are so glad we finally did it and that we chose Prestons Kitchens. Dal was calm, unflappable, gave good advice but was never pushy. It was obvious he is genuinely passionate about good service. Val, the installer, was a one man miracle who can do virtually any work to the highest standard. Stephen, the electrician was equally unflappable and helpful. Our kitchen is transformed and I can't recommend Prestons enough.

Prestons Kitchens have been fantastic from start to finish!

We were bowled over by the quality of the products when we visited the showroom; it was above anything we'd seen at the main high street places. The staff were beyond helpful; Elliot and Mark created several designs of not just our kitchen, but the entire space so we could fully visualise how the renovation project would look. All designs took into account our essentials, how the kitchen would function day to day and, of course, our budget, which has resulted in a phenomenal kitchen that we can afford! They were also very patient with every minor adjustment we asked for, right up until the point of signing the documents off.

The aftersales team have also been fantastic. Charlie offered updates throughout (re delivery times/dates) which meant we didn't have to chase anything and assisted in arranging the kitchen fitting. He was on hand to resolve any issues, for instance, he was incredibly helpful, efficient and professional when one of the units arrived slightly damaged, immediately ordering a replacement without question and arranging for it to be swapped out with no delay to the project. We honestly couldn't have asked for better aftersales care.

Prestons' kitchen fitters (Oliver's team) were equally as brilliant - in and out within two days with no issues, all installed perfectly and at an affordable price.

Both Charlie and Oliver helped work all the timelines to the rest of our bigger renovation project too which made everything run smoothly (and stress free!).

We absolutely adore our new kitchen and now spend most of our time in this area with our family.

We can’t recommend Preston Kitchens highly enough, from start to finish they made us feel like VIPs! Matt and Natalie in Leeds couldn’t do enough for us. We never once felt under pressure, there are no hard sell tactics which is a refreshing change compared to other similar companies that we visited. It was designed with us in mind and the price was amazing too for the number of units we had. We finally have our dream kitchen, it’s absolutely amazing. Thank you Preston Kitchens!

Mark created 3 very different designs for us and helped us tweak things along the way and he, Katy and Elliot made suggestions to ensure we finally got something that was perfect,
We had some additional work done which Oliver and his team of experienced plasterers, plumbers and electricians skillfully completed. Having been prepared for mess and chaos, this turned out to be a dream due to their tidy working and rapid progress. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was excellent and little snags were sorted out immediately. It was a pleasure having such a friendly, polite and respectful group of people in our home.
