We had a new kitchen and utility room done by Preston Kitchens and can’t thank them enough it’s Amazing and exceeded our expectations. Smooth running from start to finish. Val the fitter was lovely and not only good but very obliging, polite, punctual and nothing was too much trouble. As a company I would not hesitate to recommend them and Dal the owner was superb and very knowledgeable. Thank you

We did and we are absolutely delighted with the result. We researched and visited a number of so called kitchen designers and suppliers and Prestons were head and shoulders above the rest. We worked mostly with the team at Huddersfield but we were also helped in finalising the design by the Leeds team. We wanted someone to design our kitchen based on our objectives and Preston’s actually do design you a kitchen and don’t just repeat your thoughts on “paper”. Customer service is excellent. Quality and value of the products are also excellent and the approach taken is very pragmatic with no over selling of products. The fitting team were superb completing the fitting as agreed with total respect for our property. The after sales team have continued to provide a first class service.
Preston’s Kitchens have provided us with a dream kitchen well within budget and we would not hesitate in recommending them.

Absolutely seamless from start to finish! Preston’s in Huddersfield were fabulous! We had originally gone to magnet and found them to be uninterested with designing our kitchen! We called in at Preston’s to just have a look. What a difference, Mark, Katy and Elliot were great! Knowledge, interested, excited… we went back a few times to get the design right, along with measurements, Oliver came out and did his own measurements, to go back and finalise was a joy. The kitchen was ordered. As we are renovating our house, measurements kept changing and nothing was a problem for them. Finally delivery day on a Friday. Monday morning a team arrived and fitted the kitchen by the end of the day and it is stunning 🤩 Thank you very much to Mark and his team, outstanding service.

We've had our kitchen for around 7/8 years now. Had a little problem with some water damage around the sink, a couple of years ago, which resulted in the worktop having to be replaced. Only problem was, that particular worktop was no longer being made.
Prestons offered to replace all the matching worktops, splashbacks and countertops in the kitchen and the dining room with new ones that we had chosen instead!
Now after so many years, a couple of my hinges have lost their soft closures. Prestons have offered to replace them under warranty and now awaiting for their arrival.
Not a single bad experience. Staff always wanting to help. Cannot recommend them enough!!

We cannot recommend this company more highly. Looking to buy a top quality replacement kitchen, we could not have been more impressed by Prestons magnificent showroom. Natalie was incredibly helpful showing us all the possibilities available without giving us the "hard sell". The design process was a relaxed experience and Matt came up with 3 excellent designs. We were basically expecting a re-vamp of the existing layout, but Matt opened our eyes to what was possible and we now have an ultra modern, sleek, and beautiful looking kitchen. We are thrilled with it. And, having used it for a month at the time of writing, it has proved to be both functional and practical, as well. Prestons in-house team, The Project Company, carried out the works including laying new flooring, in a thoroughly professional manner. Throughout the project we were kept fully informed as to what was going to happen, and when. Every tradesman involved in the project took pride in their work and produced faultless results, working quietly and always cleaning up any mess, they necessarily had to make, each day. In what can be a traumatic experience, Prestons and all its workers ensured that the whole process was made as simple and easy as possible for us, for which we can only thank them all. I would not hesitate to recommend Prestons Kitchens to anyone.

If I had written this review 3 years ago it would have been much more positive, but now…
We had a kitchen installed and all seemed well, but after 3 ½ years an issue arose with the plumbing and Preston’s simply refused to accept any responsibility for it. They said they had only installed the kitchen as a dry fit. Well, yes, but their installers also did the plumbing and electrical work. Preston’s say we paid them separately, which may be the case, but they are hiding behind a technicality here. What I want to say is beware, their kitchens may be good, but their after care is poor.

We had a great welcome from Prestons kitchens Preston Branch, when we first visited the showroom. Dal the designer demonstrated and explained the build quality of the units and what options you have as to how your kitchen can be installed. We went for the total package which meant that all the fitting, plumbing, electrical and flooring is organised by the company. All we had to organise was for a skip to be at hand when the work began.
From the initial design to the installation everything went smoothly- the tradesmen involved were all hard working, tidy and punctual. Special mentions must go to Dal for his great design and good eye for detail and to the fitter Wal who worked harder than any worker we’ve ever seen.
Very pleased with the end result - we didn’t initially plan to have such a sleek modern kitchen but we are very pleased with our choice.

We would recommend Prestons Kitchens to anyone!! We were helped on our first visit to the showroom by Dave who was really knowledgeable and friendly. The process of making all the arrangements was really easy, as Dal started by helping us with everything in relation to the design and costings. As we were having renovation works done, Dal gave us brilliant ideas to communicate with the builders to ensure we made the most of the available space within the kitchen design. These were things we simply wouldn’t have thought of ourselves! Dal has been friendly and helpful without ever being pushy. He completely understood our budget and limitations with the space, and designed the most beautiful kitchen for us. As first time home owners, we’ve been learning as we go and it can be easy to be intimidated with the bigger purchases. Dal made sure we were informed with choices and options, giving us tips and advice along the way. He was even supportive when I decided I wanted a pink kitchen! The digital visualisations were super helpful and the skill involved in that alone was really impressive. We also really appreciated how flexible Dal was - he is a really down to earth and genuine person and we trusted him from the first time we met. Everything was ordered and arranged with no fuss, from getting measurements to ordering the kitchen, and arranging the fitting. The fitter that Dal arranged was also brilliant and the quality of his work was absolutely amazing. A big thank you to Val for all his hard work, and for travelling to Liverpool for us. Dal was also involved in the fitting stage, making sure everything was as it needed to be. They spotted a small imperfection in one of the doors, and had a replacement ordered before we’d even noticed! We were seriously impressed with the service, quality, price and design, and are so pleased with the results. The quality and attention to detail is remarkable and has made all the difference. Now we need to make sure we do the rest of the house to a matching standard!! A huge thank you to Dal, Dave, Val and all at Prestons for giving us our dream (pink) kitchen.

Absolutely fantastic service from Dal at Prestons kitchens in Preston, easily a 5* review and can definitely recommend.

The design ideas were really helpful and gave us exactly what we were looking for, but what really made the difference was the attention to detail and exceptional service.

Great first visit and he provided a design we were really happy with. Where Dal went above and beyond was by visiting the site mid-way through the construction of the kitchen extension and noticed some changes not on the original kitchen plans, which meant changes were needed to the design which if we hadn't caught would have meant the kitchen as designed could not have been installed. He re-designed around these changes, made sure we were happy still with everything and ensured the day of installation was flawless.

After the installation another visit to make sure everything was working as it should, adjusted the doors, levelled the fridge and a few other adjustments - overall 100% happy - highly recommended.

A fantastic experience from beginning to end, from the initial showroom visit, being assigned a dedicated kitchen designer (a special thank you to Luke who had the patience of a saint being mindful we changed our minds a dozen times over), to the install team (a special thank you to Oliver and his team for such a professional job and attention to detail) through to a truly outstanding finished installation.
No pressurized sales tack ticks were involved with plenty of time to think, rethink and think again before placing an order.
If you're looking for a new kitchen these people are the people to use!!!

Dal at Prestons Kitchens in Preston was meticulous in the design he provided for our kitchen. Everything works well for me and my old problems I had with the space of my old kitchen have been resolved.
It's a week now since my new kitchen was fitted and it's an absolute pleasure to use.
I love the modern clean design and lighting that Dal has created for us.
The quality of the kitchen units and appliances are superb and cooking now is a pleasure.
I would recommend people to use this company, there is no hard sell just great attention to detail.
Dal regularly came to the property to check the work and kept us informed of the progress.
We needed quite a lot of electrical work and plastering done including painting and all was completed to a high standard.
There was just one unit door that didn't fit well and Dal ordered a replacement and will fit it when it arrives from Germany.
He also advised that he will keep in touch for a complete after care service.
Very happy with our new kitchen and so glad we went to Prestons Kitchens.

We visited the showroom in Leeds wow what a fantastic place. The kitchens were beautiful and of high quality. We made an appointment with the design team and we weren’t disappointed. They spent a lot of time with us designing our kitchen taking in to account everything we requested. The design is just perfect. Thank you for your professional service.

We drove past this place and called in by chance. What a stroke of luck for us. We have had designs done at other companies, mainly all the same layout. We spoke to Natalie who was extremely helpful. She went through our wish list and made us an appointment a few days later with Jordan.
To our amazement, when we met Jordan a few days later, he had prepared 3 designs totally different to others. They were all excellent but one actually took our breath. It was something we hadn’t even thought of and, at planning stage, looks absolutely amazing. Against all our usual hesitations we paid a deposit and ordered the kitchen.

The headline summary from us is that we fully trusted Dal through the entire process. The outcome was fantastic. All aspects of the process were handled superbly and communicated clearly. From the moment we visited the store, Dal politely asked if we could wait 5 minutes while he finished a call with an existing customer, informing us we were free to have a good look around the products. This stood out to me as a professional that focuses on the task at hand and wants to make sure everything is handled for you correctly. The process if developing the kitchen was very impressive, the attention to detail and presentation of the end product via the visualisation package. At one stage on calling about the delivery we spoke with Steve and also found the service superb. First rate products, competitive prices, efficient service and great guys, you can’t ask for more.

Very rarely do I ever write reviews, be feel compelled to do so, to share our experiences we encountered with Dal (and Steve) at Preston’s Kitchens, Preston.

If I was grading the experience from a hotel perspective I would give the lads Six Stars!

We are just completing a whole house renovation, so choosing the right kitchen at the right price was one of our main priorities.

From walking into the showroom for the first time meeting Steve, the various consultations with Dal and numerous touch points along the way to where the kitchen is now operational - Preston’s Kitchens delivered.

No nonsense, No ‘fluffy’ talk, No up selling - just pure expertise and personal touches at every stage has resulted in us achieving a high end, bespoke, top quality German engineered kitchen in our house at a price which quite honestly (having visited many other showrooms and house shows) rivals competitors and in my opinion gives you bang for your buck.

Dal’s knowledge of all the products available will blow you away - he knows the lot, and will advise you in a way which will ensure your lay out is practical, but also considers your personal wants and needs.

We opted for self installation, but that didn’t stop Dal from visiting site to cast his eye over the workmanship and offer critical advice to ensure everything was just right. My kitchen fitter has over 40 years in the trade, he pointed out to me many things about the quality of the kitchen, in particular the materials used and how they are manufactured, he was impressed.

It is also worth mentioning that we had numerous delays (us putting the delivery day back three times) as we were not ready, even when the kitchen arrived into the UK - I delayed it again, not a problem, Dal and Steve sorted it! And when we did give a date, it was delivered on that date within the two hour time slot given.

Quite simply I would have no hesitation in recommending Prestons Kitchens (and specifically Dal and Steve) to friends and family.

We had our kitchen fitted nearly 2 years ago and have been so pleased with everything. However we recently spotted a slight issue with water ingress on one of the cupboard fronts so I contacted Dal at the Preston branch to see if he could help. He kindly ordered a new part and arranged for the fitter to drop by and fit it and didn’t charge us a penny! Fabulous service!

We used Prestons at the back end of 2023 and now have a fantastic new kitchen which we and everyone who comes into our home loves. The team were great to work with and full of ideas to make our plans a reality and the outcome is everything we wanted and a fair bit more. Great quality kitchen units for less than we feared and our kitchen and living space has been transformed. They even helped us with ideas for our extension and kitted out our new utility room. Now, we have the modern living, dining and cooking space we want as we love to entertain - and it feels ike a new home. Highly recommended.

From initial contact to final completion we have been highly impressed by our customer experience.
