I would give even minus

I would give even minus, lower than 0.
I made on order more than a year ago, on 1. Feb.2024. After that order acknowledged received, but the item never…
After several remainders and follow up mails sometimes I got response, basically without information content.
I wanted to contact with someone by phone, response about never received.

Since gave tracking number I made the communication with post office (Royal Mail) they have not be able to track the item…
I wanted to give the ordered item as birthday gift to my daughter, but this company ruined such positive heart feeling, they didn’t care about, how it been destroyed…
In summary they swallowed the money, but delivery of the item never happened.
I am very disappointed with such behavior and really wondering how such company could exist???!!!!

Never received my order

Never received my order. the tracking system said on it's way 25th Dec 2024, it's now mid February 2025. I would recommend anyone to contact their bank and claim a refund. Once I showed them all the proof of correspondence and the lack of contact received, my bank agreed to refund my money immediately.

Order never received

Ordered on Dec 26, needed help and they were super fast and nice on instagram! Once ordered, it went wrong… order was shipped on Jan 8 but only after I asked about it! It is now Feb 21 and I still haven’t received my order. They told me in our first conversation I would get a tracking number but never got one and now I cannot get a hold of anyone on email or Instagram, even tried commenting and they deleted my comment. I was always super nice in my messages, was super satisfied with the customer service preorder, but now I guess it was all a scam and I got robbed… pretty sad because I was super excited to receive and play with my glitters :(

no refund for a year, payed double for same item.

I ordered a palette, but the ordering was confusing so I ordered the glitters separately from the palette as I thought the palette is empty - ended up PAYING DOUBLE. I reached out to her and she ensured me she will do the refund very soon. That was like a year ago. LOL. Nothing then she stopped answering emails. Its not worth my time, but that is exactly what she is playin on. But you can see she is not replying here too to anyone, trying to make it better, she couln't care less. Pity I didnt check this unreliable company before I ordered. the quality of the stuff by the way is not as good as on the photos. Colors are totally off from the pics on many of them, and the large glitter pieces look like you have confetti on your eyelid. They are also hard plastic so they cut in when you blink.

Most likely a scam

I discovered this business on instagram and looked at their videos on social media for a while, it seemed legit, so i wanted to place an order. I was unsure with some things in my order, so I reached out to customer support MULTIPLE TIMES and they always replied within the same day, or the next day with more information about how to order... Once I ordered, however, I received an email about 3 weeks afterwards telling me the order has been "shipped", but when clicking on the respective link, nothing shows up. I tried reaching out to them 4 times since then, via their instagram page, official site and email, and I haven't received one single message back. It's been almost 2 months since I ordered, so I'm pretty sure my order will never come.

I am very disappointed with this…

I am very disappointed with this company nobody reply’s to any messages. I put in an order just after Christmas and had one update email to say it had been sent on the 8th of January and then nothing. I have tried on a few different platforms to get in touch but I have had only one message on instagram. Even now they have stopped replying on there. I would like to cancel order but again have not had reply. I would seriously reconsider if you want order from here as not reliable at all.

Scammers

It’s hilarious how the owner tries to call the one star reviews fraudsters and fake accounts. I am very much real. The owner could respond immediately and quick for ordering a customised palette during Christmas time. We spoke over multiple days and they replied within the same day. A month later asking where my pallets are all communication closes. This means they’re purposely not responding and know exactly what they’re doing. If you can respond fast and quick during the busiest period of the year, you can definitely respond fast outside of that. They also deleted my comment which confirms that they know what they are doing. It’s really ugly and sad they spend so much time on making their iG account look real, only to not care about customers their orders arriving. I’ll be opening a bank dispute as well. You can threaten me with your proof of shipping the parcel but I have numerous screenshots of you never getting back to me. Plus, I am not the only one who got scammed, all the one star reviews here strengthen my claim. Also, I have never had to wait MORE THAN A MONTH for any parcel to arrive to me. I don’t know where you are shipping from but the lack of communication together with the insanely long shipping time is improper and ridiculous. Shame on you.

Scam!!!

I made an order before Christmas and never received it. Tried to reach them for almost 2 month now they dont respond to any of my email and they even deleted my comment on Instagram. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Scam

I've placed an order before Christmas. It never shipped and hence I was trying to contact them (website, email, Instagram), however they do not bother to respond. They even deleted my comments on Instagram where I was trying to find out about the status of my order.

Dried out product

After a month I thought my package wouldn't arrive, but luckily it did and I canceled my bank claim. Unfortunately, many of the glitters I purchased dried out and would not stick to my skin or go on smoothly. They look just fine in the little pot, but swatching them is the problem.

EXTREMELY Disappointed.

EXTREMELY Disappointed.

I was so anxious to receive my order. I made my purchase since October 11th 2024. After inquiring about the status of my order, I received a response from Customer Service on December 11th, 2024 asking, "Have you not received this order?". Since then, it's just crickets!! No response to my follow-up emails. I am am so upset!

I have been quite polite and extremely patient. I have requested my money back, but of course...no response! This is so unprofessional. To whom can I escalate my claim? If you are unable to deliver my goods, then please refund me my 'hard-earned' money. Thank you!

Customer service unreachable

Customer service unreachable. Written to them on their email. And also on their Instagram, I see them commenting back to other users but not me, IS BEEN OVER A MONTH SINCE I ORDER MY EYESHADOWS (nov28, 2024) BUT NOTHING NO RESPONSE, NO EYESHADOWS NOTHING I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY.

I’m still waiting for my pallet my…

I’m still waiting for my pallet my boyfriend ordered a 150$ Glitter pallet for me for Christmas we have been waiting and waiting says shipped but still nothing.. can’t wait to get my pallet I hope i get it soon

Scam alert

Scam alert. Yes their social media posts the most beautiful glitter makeup you will ever see but sadly you will never receive it. I’m done going back and forth with these people. Such a shame, I really wanted to wear the Christmas glitter for the holiday too. $200 wasted. I’m just going to go to my bank and dispute.

Will never order from here again I was scammed.

I am so sick of this. I ordered 3 glitters for a friends birthday in September it is now the end of November. I got little to no contact or updates I was told from October 4th until 3 weeks ago that it’s “on its way” when I spoke to associates they gave me vague answers. I got tired of waiting and canceled my order and requested a refund. Which was confirmed by an associate then I never received it. On top of that now that my order was cancelled I can no longer speak to an associate. I feel scammed and I want my money back. On top of that I have attempted reaching out on social media with no response.

Order didn't arrive, and owner lied on my face

I ordered some make up from this brand, however, it never arrived. In good faith I talked with the owner on Instagram DM, and she offered to make a refund if it didn't arrive in 2 days- when it didn't arrive in 4 I reached out again, and... never heard back. Looks like some orders do make it through, but based on the % of comments, she is keeping more money than what she delivers...

Order never received! Money scam!

Still waiting for my order placed on August 26th. The only way to get in contact is via WhatsApp and everytime it takes a week for this company to respond. They have plenty of time to post on Instagram for that matter. Each time I look I see new posts and videos. The first response was an invalid track & trace, so they promised to send another package with a fast tracked service. Again I am waiting for 2 weeks and I have been asking multiple times for a track&trace number which haven’t been given so far. I only get promise on promise. It’s only words an no action. I am really supportive on small businesses, but this really feels like a scam. Customer service is not really into their dictionary. Will never order here again.
